Oh, abaddon guys, you totally dont respect yourselves – insta building arrowcarts in every place (even in openfield) you meet GH, while you are 2 tagged guildraids with whole queued map blob of pugs. Video coming soon

It could of been a better day esp at prime time for Deso and before that losing Garri a couple of times, let’s hope for a better organized, and a more active day with not so much lag tommorow.
Of course I can’t help mention that blob on Deso BL right now after GH left (ouch), they melt wooden gates in seconds.

Congrats to all the Pikens who jump over 1 guy (teams of 4/5), well done GH and Sere(?) – specially the one who jumped over my dead body after a 1 vs 5.

Sigh… why don’t people understand the concept of double teaming?? We are not double teaming you, however if your towers are wooden and if the gate of your keep is broken while at the other side everything is fortified, what would be the logical point to attack???? A lasting charge at your keep does not mean everyone is instantly double teaming you….

Abbadons seriously do you guys ever fight instead of running, running and running?
Hiding in towers, keeps with a lot of siege?

You guys only fight if you outnumber the enemy with at least 1 to 3. When its equel you guys run. I’m just curious why?

That’s nonsense there is no higher power on desolation that tells a commander how to lead they lead the way they want to, and tbh even if a commander avoids engaging there will be a strategic reason behind it Deso isn’t strong daytime and to be quite frank Piken is stronger at these times and have border hopping forces if Abbadon is keeping piken occupied why should we intervene and relieve pressure on them? it’s not like they would be grateful and return the favour its war for kitten sake virtual as it may be.

I actually checked around these times you speak of and Piken was all over our home map like a rash so quite possibly Piken were being double focused in order to draw their border map Karma trains in to defend EB. Take your eyes off Piken and they will have a train doing laps of your home map in no time, keep your eyes on the other maps and see for yourself don’t focus your drama so much on what’s going on in EB.

You can see how outstretched Desolation was tonight when Piken can push Abbadon map unopposed by us and control bay hills and Garrison on their own map whilst we struggle to hold you and Abaddon from our home map you where ticking well above us around 10pm GMT+1 and when you guys pulled back to EB etc Abbadon came in full guns blazing melting doors.

Despite what many think Desolation is thin on the ground when spread out and we have adapted to keeping forces out of maps were heavily outgunned in to reinforce ones we possibly can it’s great that we can mass numbers on a single map and can retain players to work through the night but hey to call us a Vizunah clone is ridiculous people throw that name round so much these days but unless a server has the potential to occupy all four maps simultaneously most of a 24hr period like they do and you have problems evicting them up until prime time then they are nowhere close to vizunah.

Give you an example our night force would melt in the face of vizunah’s i clocked one such drive where 80+ viz stormed EB Overlook at 4:30am GMT+1 we had 20 defending they drove us out of the map completely and every map in quick succession.

Every Server in this matchup has different strengths and weakness that affect us at different times of the day but in general we all put up a decent fight, there is no underdog in this matchup it’s a tooth and nail matchup none of us are getting hammered into the ground and in fact Abbadon is stealing everyones real estate as i type lol

I’v been on all day and there has been no teaming what so ever.
Infact Abaddon kept trying to take our durios from the org camp most of the day,and we had many battles there to get rid of there trebs ect..

We jump in the enemys keep once and Abaddon does as well and get blamed for teaming lol.
if you hate deso that much transfer as all you do is complain anyway.

At reset there were no t3 keeps and towers, no ac’s, no wp’s and all three servers had plenty of players on the maps. So no server had a beginning advantage. If we can only hide behind walls and ac’s unless we are outnumbering you 3:1, why did we get so many points during reset?

Today we defended our bl for hours while outmanned. In fact there were a couple of times when the buff toggled on and off. You knew the whole time that there was a larger, more aggressive group of AM running around on your and Pikens borderlands. Seeking them and defending your own stuff would have been a good opportunity to get those open field fight you “asked” for in one your posts.

Care to detail what you are seeing? Because I just see a regular zoomed out view on a small size Asura that shifts with terrain as usual.

Arrow cart shoots perpendicular to the wall. Far as I remember earlier this was not possible, since with the maximum zoom you can not shoot perpendicular – you may aim top of the wall, but it’s too much close, so you can’t shoot. Here we can see shooting, so he shoot behind the wall to the yard.
But it should be checked, I can do it later.
Pleased that at the cart is not INC, I have always respected them for fair combats.

What’s with abadon and dredge tunnels ? You’ve been sneaking in them the whole last evening in EB. Took you 2,5 hours to figure out you can actually build trebs in SM. And plz someone tell me there was an idea behind running with 40-50 ppl into a dead-end tunnel.

Piken’s T3 keep at EB reset at 6am this morning by a deso golem rush lead by DVG no doubt.

Nice video. I can see my guild mates from TLA. I was on the same map, but solo capping stuff + killing Piken Square players in the lake. I don’t do that all the time, but I really need some time off from zerging.

I don’t get it, what am I supposed to see at 5:20? Have I played asura too much, because I just didn’t see anything out of normal.

can pls anyone explain me how can i die on the altar position when the piken zerg is on the bridge (on hills -deso BL) ?? Nobody of Piken was in Lordroom and i dont think AC can have so big range normally (i have +ACrange skilled too and the range is not sooo big).

Hello, I’m the commander in this video and the reason for the last portal was not to win against you, cause many of our players wipe during the fight and were catch near the SW tower by a zerg so we haven’t that much players to win this fight against you, or hold the fight up over a long time. So my idea was to wipe in a very funny way and I think it was a very funny way to wipe.
But thank you for the fight, it was very funny!

That was a very strange day when we decided to use the commander icons because there were JUST 3 guild raids on the map + like 10-20 friendlies max(at the beggining).
Normally the map looks like empty with just /t chat communication and giving positions + next goals.
Random guys tried to support any of those commanders and here we needed like whole map in one place, t3 garrison is always very hard to take and impossible for one group if spotted too fast so yes, we blobbed!
You can always use 1-2-3 tags on the map, communication is the key, much more efficient than moving with just 1 tag. Ofc. You’re rolling everything with 80 people but if you’re playing vs competent people your map will be attacked from 3 different sides. Sometimes one attack will be fake so another group is taking something for free.

You should try this on AM, take your guilds, make a strong core of 15-20 and invite some random players. It should be even easier for you since AM is german server. Even 2 groups of 30-40 will be better(ALSO for us, skill delay is monstrous sometimes)

And the arrow cart… you can turn your camera to the GATE side and hit AC’s inside without zoom-hack but just those behind the gate I’m sure about it

Can I just thank everyone that was following me through this morning, it was great fun, we had about 40 of us on teamspeak and that showed with how well we performed in battles. I think we were semi-whiped once in all those AC red circles (sorry about that again, bad decision, but we took it in the end ) But yeah it was great fun commanding with everyone being great, never thought we take all of pikens bl during our weakest point of coverage. Still don’t know how we took Abbadon’s garrison with their huge zerg around the map, maybe they just didn’t expect us to be so stupid and attack garrison! (Not one golem used btw )

But yeah, I just wanted to post and thank everyone that was following, I’ve only been commanding a few weeks and this was probably my best experience at it. I know I’m still a bit kitten, but I’m learning so I hope one day I’ll actually be pretty good!

Abbadon giving us a nice show on piken bl… Was so nice impression after yday seeing smaller groups moving and actually doing quite well.

Gratz to pikens VII guild. Everytime AM have a problem, you guys show up and help them

AM were running separate groups in AM BL, they had 2-3 guilds out and about and a blob. Same for Deso, had EXG, Coin and then me leading 30-35 as a pug group. PS had INC, Dsun. Was some fun fights Afew other guilds out and about also.

I hate flaming and QQ but this i just gotta say:
Abaddon LL guild u are the worst i have ever seen in my GW2 career.

Lol I just said to my guildies: Hey, lets just throw a ballista they sure gonna write about that. So here we are as I expectedXD.

Anyway just to get some facts right:
- Our tag is [ILL]
- We were just having some fun running around and showing some parts of the map to our guildies who are kinda new to wvw. None of us saw you jumping btw. All we saw were some Deso-players fighting with us(2 Thiefs, some heavy Charr guy and you as an engi i guess. Perhaps someone else too in the beginning)
- We were 4 with all of us being build for zergplay and 2 of us(as mentioned above) being new to wvw(without complete armor and not used to play their builds and stuff)
- Swag
- Next time we’re placing a superior ballista;D

This match-up is so easy. The only challenge for Desolation here is Abaddon. The rest is just so weak.. they’re not worth mentioning.

I’m not sure how anyone could of found the garrison fight fun, most of the time even skill 1 was unusable and in the end it came down to just who had the most players because of it. Abbadon had the most to start with but then Desolation called in a 2nd group of another 30 on top of the 40 that was already inside.
