Ye I also noticed a big ammount of rangers and arrowcart fire in this matchup. I guess we shall have to fight in the shade …

in pugs group ranger are normal, AC it’s fine they are pug, plus it’s riverside just be excepted, just love the challenge, and i saw WAY LESS bunkering down from riverside so that’s good, for me it’s an awesome matchup, Action, Challenge, Loot!

Keep thinking that since there’s loads of posts about Riverside using zoom hack, but hey the only thing the German servers are known for is using hacks.

‘Feature’? I would call it an exploit, because I presume most people do not play on stupid high resolution and extremly large screens so they can not use this ‘feature’. I am blaming you for not playing fairly and even now, when your golden league server is winning this matchup, you have to resort to ‘features’ to get into the keep? How sad does that look like? To me, it looks very sad and pathetic. So much for ‘golden’ league servers …

And after seeing this, who will ever know, if you used some other kind of ‘features’ to help yourself to win.

Unfortunately, it is a feature of the GW2 engine that ANet likes to use in advertisements of the game. (great panorama view …)
You get it automatically if you have 3+ ultra-wide-screen monitors,
if you aren’t the owner of expensive hardware, you can emulate the effect using GW2 in window mode.

but the only reaction of ANet to it was to move the thread from the WvW-forum to the general suggestions forum.

It still exist, it still has bad effects especially in combination with ACs that do not have a LoS-requirement for targeting and ANet so far did not found it important enough to react.

Excellent experience for us, we still need a lot of work on our 20v20. However, this was probably the closest fight for me so far that reminded me of good old Guild Wars 1 GvGs.
