Wow… this was probably even worse then the other “LS” things ive done… enter the tower, spend loads of money on repairs because you are to die at least 3-10 times before even getting to the third floor, and then a chest on the top with no fun in it… just random things.

To finish it off… the “story” instance on top was just boring… no conclusion nor cutscenes… just DONE … BAM!

Comeon Anet, you can do better then this!

you missed the cutscene, when you go up again you can view it again by clicking on the machine up there in the final room.

It doesn’t tell you much unfortunately. No real development in the story, just the same old stuff: she leaves, rambles on about nothing important, causal threats, and some stupid line about faren’s fancy panties. – seriously the writing is getting past annoying now.

I like the mechnics.
I think it is reasonable for a 5 player group to run through it if isn`t “in” anymore.

i hope it stays to some digree.

As for the spores. It was a suprise suddenly dying, but i have seen that mechanic too much in this game allready. They telegraph with a red ring and get only dangerous if there are enemys there who force you to avoid their moves and subsequently reduce your evasion abilities.
The spores aren`t hard.

As far as i see it you can even run through most of the conent solo. It only gets tricky if someone pulled several enemies to one spot.
However, fighting the champions that block your passage to the next level alone… tough luck. You won`t win. I hope these things scale back later, since some are really anoying with their AOE and Elites around…

Nightmare chambers… i don`t understand the waiting game. Sure, game mechanic. I think it is padding. next…
(Spoiler: Story inside, i still have to experience, though i know who i will meet. However.. the doors have to be open for it if i pass by -_- , a waiting game for story inside the game isn`t fun)

As for the top instance. Can`t say much. As much as i have heared there is nothing really informative up there, but i hope to be proven wrong once i manage to get up there (time restrains yesterday)

If they don`t give at least one sign of progression there (aside from the obvious “i have poison and a toxic alliance now.. look at me i am scarlet, i am mysterious”), it is overdue. patience is running low here.

Imo this is worst LS so far. Basicly its small coridor zone with 9 entrances into ONE supersmall instance with a bit random generated mobs and few most generic dynamic events in game. Final cutscene was nice on other hand. Basicly only interesting thing on this patch are account bound gathering tools. Story? Who cares.

How long it will take then Anet realize when LS is bad way how to distribute content. Its worse and more generic every new patch. Ppl are tired by force playing of temporary content. What happend with your idea of game where you are not forced into content and do what you want and when you want?

Yap the Bazaar was fun. Maybe add in molten alliance dungeon too. I liked it.

Apply cold water to burned area.

Without problems get top floor 3 times, did all achievments solo, got gas mask.

Comeon Anet, you can do better then this!

Actually it is much more, if you care to take some time doing it. Just done BAM will get you nothing, that’s right. But doing the occasional storypocket one the way up, or at least some, will tell you at least something.

Why ArenaNet hinders the player to actually have fun with timegated doors to those pockets, with silly fees to get up again after dying within loads of poisoning attackers is beyond me. They have lost track of the meaning of fun, or so it seems.

Could have been fun, done right. Now it is another grind in a zerg, but story is there, if you look for it.
