and someone said that Norns are the worst choice because they have an “evade delay”.

Is this true? Norns evade slower than other races?

I wouldn’t say I know 100%, but I would guess that this comes from the same idea that norn run slower, which is untrue and something of an illusion because they are so much bigger, but must have the same pace as a human or asura. I’ve seen people swear up and down its true, but it isn’t.

Why would they have an evade delay? I have no doubt that Anet has all the races evade when you press the button, period. Now, the animation speed/design may vary. But that is irrelevant to game mechanics.
