Right, so I logged on today in order to get that daily per account reward… A very neat reward, which helps me a lot when I’m saving up for the tier3 cultural.

I also logged onto my level 18 mesmer, in order to try to level her a bit without dying all the time. Everything was all fine and dandy until I finished the mission… The event-succeeded message was there (bronze, which I don’t understand, since I did it all alone…), but there was no reward popup! No karka shells, no gold, no karma, no anything at all.

Someone in my guild figured that hey, maybe it’s because my mesmer is too low level? That would be kind of stupid, since I did the event on her the first day and got the reward, but sure, I went and did the event again on my elementalist at level 80. This time, I didn’t even get an event-completed message… And still no kitten reward!

Either this is bugged, or it’s a stupid design that gives us no warning that you won’t get what is rightfully yours.

Does anyone know what is going on?

You can get the reward only once per account.

it’s a one time reward, the reason it happened daily the first 2 days was because the patched the area and accidently reset it, so everyone got a second chest the next day.

That was no accident. They resetted it cause many players haven’t got a reward at the first time and so they had a new chance to get it.

Right… Due to the snafu the first two days, I was under the impression it was supposed to be a daily chest.

Talk about crushing dreams here, but at least I know what’s going on now.

Odd from the post they gave it felt like ONCE a day vs ONE time…. /sigh was not 100% sure on this the last two days….. zero point doing it now.
