im in southsun right now, and on my side bar it says “a manhunt is underway for a fugitive…”

what exactly am i supposed to do, or who do i talk to to get started?

You should have got a letter. There it’s marked where you have to go.
And you can do the achievements to get the back pieces. They tell you all you have to know to make them, just mouseover them.

i dont have anything in my mail pertaining to the living story. i just made my character today and its only level 2.

is it perhaps to late to start on the living story?

Get yourself to Lion’s Arch (big portal thing can take you there from any of the main cities, you’ll have to look for em.), then find another big portal thing that will take you to Southsun cove. I think it’s got a star on it on the map. Easier to find where to go once there, just follow everyone else. ;p

Also on the main site there’s a piece about Southsun. Read it, it explains some of it. And u can always Dulfy the rest
