title says it. is this event fun? i have been playing pvp. i did the first set of achievements to get the back items since i first did pve and got 3 toons to 80. just wondering if the rest of the event is enjoyable even if i am not receiving any other unique gear.

I had a blast looking for samples, playing Crab Toss and farming DEs, but I really hated the instances and the way the story was delivered.
What I’m saying is that MOST OF the event is fun, IMO. You should give it a try. If you enjoy playing PvP, you will probably like Crab Toss. I know I do.

I have to agree, I loved how sample hunting was done in this using the pings to get an idea on distance to your target

The first part along with the champs instigators was fun imo. But the dungeon meh, skip it or maybe do it once to annoy yourself.

i did all the sample collection and i have the skrelit shell or whatever that tentacle thing is. i did those before the latest update. i did crab toss and got all of the titles for that and i hated it. it was really aggravating.

I was frustrated, too by the instance. But it’s better than nothing and currently the only way to see Canach, so I do it from time to time to hear the dialogue at the end and take screenshots. When you do it more than once it will get very easy. So I kind of like it, but more story about Canach would be better.
The first part of the event was real fun. I think that was great.
