I saw someone link it in chat recently. Does it… permanently level your character to 20? What’s the recipe to make it?

Yep I just got one from the 5k box last night.

It comes from an achievement reward box, 5000 achievement points I think.

I don’t think they rolled out birthday gifts yet. It’s likely coming next week since the game wasn’t released until August 28th, 2012. I’m not sure if the early start players will get theirs sooner though.

Actually you get it in the 5000 and the 10000 ones. Not sure about after that (only just got the 10000 one last night). I assume that probably the 15k and 20k (or every 5000) ones also have one.

Don’t forget about pre-launch! Pre-launch officially started at 0:00 AM Pacific on August 25th, though the servers were actually brought online about 3 hours earlier than the official pre-launch start time announced (I personally was able to log-in and start creating characters shortly after 9PM Pacific on the 24th).

So basically, the absolute earliest anyone in this game will start seeing the experience scrolls associated with our birthday presents is this Saturday evening.
