Guild Wars 2

Hey, so I’m only missing the Durmand Priory Banner on my character select screen and decided to go for it on my Necro.
I am currently on the level 22 story called “Motus Virge”, where from what I remember, you could select from all 3 orders which one to join.
But this isn’t the case for me.. I only have the options to chose between: Hiroki(Vigil) and Ihan(Whispers).. These 2 have the green stars above their heads..Josir has no star and you can’t even talk to him. Just greet him. He didn’t even talk on the npc discussion before I was able to interact..Just sits there like a vegetable..
Now is this a bug or is it just because I made some option on my personal story?
If it’s the latter(which I doubt tbh) then it’s completely kittened! :S

I think you only make a decision to join your order around level 30 (?).

Before that, there is several mission that you can do to “try out” their approaches. One chapter will give you the choice between Vigil and Order, on between Vigil and Priory, and one between Priory and Order.

So you can try out all three orders prior to making a decision, or you can try out one order twice. And then you decide.

If I remember correctly, anyway.
