I was hoping if it would be possible to change your display name (account name) whenever we wanted. Also if this is not agreed on I’d also suggest adding the feature on the game store for a certain amount of Gems or whatever just a little incentive for players to change their name

I agree on this! Account name & Character name change would be nice.
Kinda want to change my account name too. Actually not overly pleased that I stupidly chose the name of one of my alts without thinking about it at all. But oh well. Might be able to in future. I hope.

If we just give other the chance to see this thread and make sure Anet sees it, they might well make it possible. it’s only a small change and they could actually ask gems for an “Account Name change”

That would be my suggestion. It’s only fair that you pay for it, to prevent people changing names every day, just cause they think “RoflSPvP” sounds cooler than “ImaJerk”.
They should put a big price on name changing, like 400 gems.
