Achievement Checklists [with screenshots]
That would be pretty fantastic. At this point, I have absolutely no idea what dives I’ve done, so whenever I get around to that achievement, I’m basically going to have to revisit all of them. Which might be fun, but is going to get tedious before the end.
Yes i agree with this completely and want to add for the dungeons because i want my mastery but i forgot which paths i have done and which i have not and that would make it extremly easy to finish it
+1 to such a tracking/checklist feature
for various reasons, 2 among them
being the mentioned:
Diving Master & keeping track of what paths you have taken in a dungeon.
I have a spreadsheet to keep track of this sort of information, but yes, I shouldn’t have to do that.
The game knows which dives / dungeon paths / etc. you’ve done, which cultural armor pieces you bought, etc.
With the achievement UI overhaul, achievements were given dedicated mini-pages with a lot of room for additional information, and there is no excuse for the game to not display it.

diving master is extra difficult since some of them are bugged, if you dont land in the water correctly or w/e. even if i went to all spots to dive again, i would look at the achievement, and if it wont tick i asume i already made it. unless its bugged. and than wich one of the 38 was it? no1 knows, redo all 38 dives.
I’m simply explaining why I’m right.
I have no idea which diving spots I have left to do.
That being said if enough people ask for this Anet should listen to us. Let your voice be heard.
Now wouldn’t it be nice if we had something like that…………………
What is it 2013 and we still have to mess about with bits of paper.

Paper smaper. Spreadsheets FTW. While I would love to see this suggestion applied to the game, I have had this problem in GW2 and other games as well. But until they implement this fine suggestion, here is what I do.
My solution, I just created a spreadsheet with tabs for Diving, Jumping Puzzles, Bosses, mini-dungeons, and Dungeon paths for the account and zones explored by character. With eight characters, it was just too much to try and remember. So I setup the spreadsheet and started doing each achievement from the beginning and track it. The Wiki has all the requirement so I just listed them and put a completed column that I can mark when I was done with each requirement.
I also added a column on the Jumping Puzzle list for when you need to jump for the monthly achievement. Made it much easier to keep up with which puzzles I had did so I could finish the achievement easily.

Could you share this glorious spreadsheet with us?

I would be happy to do that. When I get home tonight (Central US timezone), I will see if I can find a reasonably safe harbor (Google Docs or something of the like) to put it and I will post a link. I made a blank version to give to guildies so I have one ready to share.
This is something I was thinking ANET would do ages ago, still waiting, great Job Korval, spot on exactly where you would expect to find this
+1
I agree and wonder why this has not been implemented yet? Some features are no brainers and this would happen to be one of said features. IMHO of course.
Bumping in the hopes this gets some traction with the community, which in turn gets Anet’s notice.
+100
