Are you quite sure about buying food?
Yes, because they someone would come here and whine about by mistake trading all their candy for the wrong thing.

At least give me an option to toggle it off. :’(
They could add an option to specifiy an amount of items to buy. Or to disable the confirmation. Or only ask when spending relevant amounts.
But all that would require work, so they won’t.

It never ceases to amaze me how hostile people are in the official forums.
That prompt was added in response to a complaint about accidentally buying gear with karma/dungeon tokens months ago.

I have no problem with this at all. My only beef is that all vendors need a bulk buy option. Buying in bulk right now means: click, confirm, click, confirm….repeat for the 250 times or however many you want to buy. Computer mice do have lifetime click amounts ya know >.< Just saying.

Then that person deserves to lose all their candy. We’re talking about about items with large amounts of candies. Which can be cheaply bought on the TP now.
It’s not like they are dungeon tokens which takes quite a while to acquire 300 tokens for a weapon or such.
We’re talking about 5 candies for 1 food item. Of which you can easily reacquire more candies.

All the did with this is give people more incentive to use an autoclicker, change the prompter position so the yes and the candy of your liking overlap, and go afk for a couple of minutes until their autoclicker is done…

Just move the vendor window to the position the confirmation box appears. So you don’t have to move the mouse and just continue your click fest.

Do we hear many complaints about people accidentally selling their stuff to normal vendors?
No.
(Buyback option helps.)

It never ceases to amaze me how inferior ANet’s project management is.
