I wanted to bring to ANET’s attention that condition duration has been broken with the last patch.

Right now I have:
105% Bleed Duration
110% Burn Duration

Before hitting over 100% duration doubled the amount of ticks, now it is not working.

Please fix this, at the moment the only way that conditions can even remotely do as much damage as P/Prec/Crit users is through condition duration (its like Crit dmg%)

Before this patch my bleed and burn on my engineer was 4 seconds vs. 2 and now I’m only getting 3 seconds. ANET is yet to fix Giver’s weapon’s condition duration (stats not being applied) as well.
