I would like to suggest some ideas for a elementalist that would be cool to have later in game :
Candy Atuument (since there are candy corn elementals every year on Haloween since gw1 untill today at gw2 , why not have and candy atuument ?)
Candy Atuument could be available for elementalists permanent , or just on Haloween meta-events every year for pve,pvp,wvwvw .
Candy element skills could be around giving boons to enemy but after the effect ends, it gets conditions . Like candy rush , you get 10 % more speed while active, but when it ends , you get candy crash and skills will recharge 50% longer.
A few ideas for this using staff: skill/ boon/ condition :
- throw a candy corn at enemy that melts (could be 1st skill)/7 % speed while active/ -16 % skill recharge rate
- envelop enemy in candy apple sauce (skill 5)/ 20 % reduced damage while active/ -33 % speed movement
- create candy slippery wall on ground / invulnerable 1 second while passing through it / become immobilized 3 seconds and cannot use skills (skill 2)
- envelop nearby allies in candy armor (maximum 5 included caster) / – 7% direct damage and immune to cripple (boon) / receive regeneration boon (6 seconds) (boon) (this is only one that offers boons for allies)
Other is adding swap weapon (not atuument) posibility so that those that use staff( long-range combat) , could change to scepter or dagger(middle-range combat) (close-range combat) .
Or if swap could be available only between staff/daggers or staff/dagger-focus it would be welcome.
Last suggestion would be to reduce recharge time on conjured weapons . even with 2 seconds would be welcome. (at least for skills 3-4-5) .
Or conjured weapons to be affected by master trait with 20% reduced recharge time on a atuument skills (could be air for lightning hammer , fiery axe for fire, magnetic shield for earth, frost bow for water) , and only available for caster
