For the next 2 days every new post should only be about how these forums search doesn’t work. Every post should have a variation of Fix the Search function.

Its totally rediculous that you can do a search and nothing turns up even when you can clearly see the post your searching for on the front page.

Then we can stop the 20 Mount posts a month, the 10 weapon skill posts, the Guild system improvements, the guild alliance requests, and even the posts on how the search function doesnt work.

Aw, I thought this was going to be about searching for light/medium/heavy armor on the tp.

I haven’t had this problem but I hope you get people’s attention.

I think one thread on this is more than enough. But I do agree that the search function does absolutely nothing. I can enter anything, like say I search the necromancer forum for “Death Shroud”. NOTHING. No search results. I search the discussion forum for “flute”…. yet again, nothing. No results. There could be a topic at the top of the page, and you can’t find it with the search option.

Funny thing is, it used to work. It was only half useful because it would only return the top 20 or so forum posts.

The other funny thing is that the Code of Conduct says:

Use the search function before posting. This will focus the discussion and facilitate a response.

Anyway, google works better than the forum search ever did.
