We’ve got Eggs, Cinnamon and Sugar, and Bread. Why can’t we make French Toast?

Or fried eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, omelets of all kinds? What’s ArenaNet got against breakfast?

We have various types of alcohol, chocolate, meat, and more meat. We could easily have an epic meal time patch for food.

No, but it’s a fairly simple recipe, and Tyria has all the ingredients, and French Toast isn’t the only name it’s known as.

This is the only thing that I could think of.

Pfffft. Dig deep enough, and every word in the world has an etymological history specific to Earth — so I guess we can’t have a game with anything in it.

But if you ask an NPC where French Toast originates, what answer would they give?

Not saying you can’t have stuff in the game with real world references, but how immersion breaking is it to have an NPC in Tyria talking about a country that doesn’t exist in their world? It’d be like if they started talking about Asia or the Netherlands or some such.

How about some simple bacon. Lots of pigs running around.

Bacon would probably be the most overpowered food. It should have divinity stats (+50 to all stats) but maybe -25% swiftness duration

He also forgot the syrup. And sugar =/= powdered sugar. His/her french toast isn’t going to be very good.

Just call it krytan toast.
