Now that karma is account-wide and soon karma boosts will not affect the liquid karma consumables (see https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/info/news/Karma-Changes-Temporary-Rollback), why don’t you remove the liquid karma consumables altogether and just add the karma (unaffected by karma boosts) directly into our account wallet?

And what is the point of the bags of coins? Why don’t u just credit the coins directly into our account wallet rather than unnecessarily taking up room in inventories and requiring us to manually open them?

all this stuff became basically obsolete now, with the account based wallet. So why annoy the community further with tons of useles consumeable items, which give us only something, that could have landed directly into our wallets without blocking up our inventory spaces

Anet could use this freed up space then to introdoce something new as loot from monsters instead of money bags…

They should add as rare rewards something into the game like various kinds of GEM BAGS (account bound on finding)
Like for example

Small Gem Bag = gives the player 10 Gems > Rare
Medium Gem Bag = gives the player 25 Gems > Exotic
Big Gem Bag = gives the player 50 Gems > Ascendend
Huge Gem Bag = gives the player 100 Gems > Legendary

just some kind of suggestion to give players also finally some other kind of earning gems, than having to grind permanently only for massive amounts of gold to convert it into gems then …
Why not reward players also directly with gems in any kind of way rarely.

It would be a way to replace the old money bags with something more useful. Anet would just have to rename the bags and change their programming code into giving gems instead of gold for the account.

The liquid karma is indeed obsolete now with the addition of the account wallet and removal of the effect of karma boosters. All it is, is unneeded clicking. This is especially the case for when you purchase hundreds of Lost Orrian Jewellery boxes at a time. There is absolutely no reason not to simply change those liquid karma consumables into directly adding the karma to your wallet.

[Cashshop Gems as a loot reward]

This is a great idea. Not only are gold and gems somewhat fungible, but this would also give those not necessarily interested in the Gemshop a taste of what it has to offer. However the amount should be low, as the Gemshop is a source of revenue, and we wouldn’t want that revenue stream being hurt by the ability to simply farm in game for very long periods of time. This should basically act as a teaser, or ad, rather than a replacement for players actually purchasing gems (or gold-to-gem exchanges from other people who have purchased the gems themselves).

ANet has still the hands on the lever about deciding the drop chances for such gem bags in the end … just saying.

It makes no difference, if you farm like crazy for multiple days to get yourself the amount of gold, that is worth multiple hundreds of gems ..
Or if you do some content of the game and have the chance to get rarely rewarded for something like beating a hard champion and finding in its loot chest then such a bag full of gems maybe instead of a yellow or orange equipment item, whihc could give you if you are really lucky just 100 gems, which are currently worth of farming like 3,5 gold or so if i remember right…

It shouldn’t be just a teaser, they should be a suitable reward that simply is also a thing of convenience not having to farm/grind for the 3,5 gold .
And with not too high drop chances, it won’t ruin Anet. Event if they make the drop rate moderate maybe, they can still limit the dropping of these bags and make them time gated drops so that your account can maximum receive like 1 of such a bag per day for example.
