Guild Wars 2

It would be nice if we could see who has last logged on gw2. It helps in being up to date on who has been active within the guild or the friends you have in the game. This would be a great and simple thing to add on to the game.

Especially considering that at least as far as I can tell there is no limit to who you can put on your friend list.

I do agree it is useful for guilds though.

yeah it would help greatly in having this put into effect more for guilds because we don’t really know who has and hasn’t logged on for who knows how long. Knowing who is most active helps a lot

If you think you are having a problem with a stalker then block them. If the ability to block in game doesn’t hide your activity from them 100% then it should be changed to do so.

Also I think a friends list notification should be sent to the person you added informing them that you did/(want?) to add them to your list.

At the current moment 6/30/2013
You can add any one to your friends list, even if they have you blocked.
It still shows them as online, all that is different is that you can not communicate with them in game.

So with the purposed system, I can add you as a friend, even if you have me blocked and I can track your game time.

That’s a big no-no in my book.

Especially with Creepy losers who are on a power control mission over their Exs and what not.

Yes as it currently stands you can add anyone, even if they have blocked you and see when they are online and where they located. You just cant send them mail or whisper them. I have always felt this kinda sucked (even though i have never blocked someone).

I dont see a problem in seeing how long since they last logged in on the friends list. Do it like with other things though, in order to see that information they would need to have freinded you too. Would be nice to know when some of the people on my list last logged in. However i think the guild list one is MUCH MUCH More important.

Guilds could also very much so use “last represented” but “last logged” on is vitally needed.
