Make dungeons harder but less time consuming
You need to work on your strategy. Cof Path 1 can be done in 6-7min. If you take 5min to kill final boss, you’re doing something wrong. The whole HOTW dungeon can be done in 15min regardless of path. Maybe if you didnt afk and alt tab all the time they wouldnt be so “long”.
I dont know how can you do that path in HOTW in 15min, if it isnt by skipping, which i dont agree with, bosses are there for a reason, to fight them, not to simply avoid them.
In that case i could just do some of the dungeons jumping over the walls, instead of killing the mobs.
Again this is my point of view, feel free to post your opinions but keep it clean.
CoF p1 is actually a good path.
Fast if you know how it has to be done, the last boss has quite an enjoyable set of skills. The slave driver could need some rework though.
I will not start making a list of all dungeons, stating what is good and what is bad.
Just this one thing:
In case of a rework, less trash mobs, more bosses with different phases (give them as much love as you gave Lupicus) and more punishing spells (Alpha, too much HP though) instead of HP.
I agree that that p1 is a good path, like i said above, but instead of giving the last boss so much hp, give him some deadly attacks and a few less hp, something to make him harder, and not just spam all our skills on him, with no risk of dyeing, i can just stand inside his aoe full time and still survive.
I agree with that, more phases on bosses is a good thing, at least more challenging them attacking them for ages with no risk of deying.

You have way too defensive gear/ traits if you feel that way
The boss takes 1 minute with a damage specced group, and the spells actually do hurt you after 2 rotations if you do not dodge/block them.

I fight all the bosses needed to complete the dungeon no exploits. As far as skipping trash, they’re called trash for a reason.
You picked wrong dungeon to support your claim. HoTW is known for unrealistic hp levels.

See I agree with skipping, because if they put pointless bosses with way too much hp and no good loot tables that don’t actually need to be killed why am I going to waste my time killing it in the first place?
If they want me to fight trash and bosses, then make it worth it. If they are just there to waste my time then I’m going to skip them. I don’t get a gold star and an A+ from some Anet Teacher for being a good boy and killing everything in the dungeon.
And I’m not talking exploits like jumping over walls or weird pathing glitches, I’m talking about simply running by some mobs or the first dog boss in the case of HotW 2 because there’s no point to kill it and I get nothing out of wasting my time, no one I ever play with wants to waste their time, and Anet doesn’t care if I waste my time or not.
If you want to waste your time or if you think you just have to kill all the bosses because some dev at Anet decided to make a “boss” by adding a purple border around it’s picture and giving it tons of hp and one move to artifically slow people down, then go for it. But alot of people don’t think like that and don’t want to do pointless stuff for no reward.
And I agree with your original thread title, it would be awesome if every boss didn’t have insane hp to make up for boring mechanics. It doesn’t mean I’m going to fight boring bosses and silver mobs in the meantime when I don’t have to though.

THat is exactly why i want them changed, and im not fightning them till it is.
I said that I wouldnt run that path on hotw till the bosses are fixed, IF they were balanced people wouldnt need to skip them, and thats what i am asking, a fair fix on every boss that people feel they are useless, and take to much time to kill, plus there is no challenge in fightning them.
I said i was agaisnt skipping , because it shouldnt be needed, if bosses were fixed, and thats what im trying to accomplish.
i haven’t done any dungeon before on this game ( low lvl ) but what i hear is that u better skip the bosses because they have too much HP and trash loots?
Pretty much like you do not stop for every single enemy mob you see along your way.
And once you hit higher levels you will also have learned that killing champion mobs is not worth it most of the time, if not for the sake of fighting.
I dont’ want any hard dungeon. I always run PUG and it is frustrating enough to always carry new people and low levels.
If you are in a premade group that can steam roll dungeon, fotm lvl60, there you go, hard dungeon.
Besides, dungeon is only hard the first few times you run through. If you want hard they should make every dungeon have level too. I dont’ see why people doing premade group everyday should be rewarded so heavely.
maybe they can add something in the beginning of the game before u start the dungeon like EASY ( normal drops) Medium ( medium good drops ) Hard ( Good drops ) Hardcore ( very good drops ) so people who aren’t familliar with dungeons can learn it aswell ?
Or maybe they can actually make the dungeons viable according to the level requirements asked in the dungeon requirements, because going to AC or SE or TA with low levels only or with players with the level describved in the dungeon requirements seems really hard and sometimes impossible, why give the illusion that lower levels have a chance in a dungeon just add dungeon level requirement lvl 80 for all of them lol, it’ll make the game easier.
