Guild Wars 2

I tried to use the GW2LFG.com. It is such a pain. Some people logged off without deleting the requests. Sometimes the party was already filled up but the request was still visible. I had to click away to see which group was available. We need an in-game LFG panel that automatically deletes the request when the party is full or the person requesting a group logs off. Aion’s LFG works nice. We need something like that without needing to open up a website to look for a group.

Seconded! I’m tired of people shouting that they are looking for a group. Something similiar to FFXI would be wonderful!

Totally! Now everyone uses GW2LFG, but it would be better if we had this in-game, cross-server.

+1 especially cross-server, great idea!
There is a LFG status on the friends list (with a tab to see all the players in the same area who have that status), but it’s not useful at all, cause you can’t add any details to your request for a group (like that you want to do a specific dungeon or need help with a story instance, etc). A game panel for that very purpose, like what Guild Wars 1 had, would be very useful.

PS – Currently nobody uses the LFG status and often-times I completely forget about it, but the few occasions when I do check it, nobody is ever using it (because as it is, it’s pretty useless).

They should add the LFG Panel with Server(Leveling/Mapcompletion/Eventhunter partners) and Cross-server Tab for dungeons
Atm i really like gw2lfg but always this alt tabbing/ not being ingame while searching for a group is a pain in the kitten

What i would also like to see is an information on how many Events there are on your current map and that you could see where all of them are on your current map. I think more players would see each other and get into the mood of creating parties.

I did search before I posted this. I didn’t find anything from Anet stating that it was in the works. Do you mind quoting your source?

I agree! This certainly needs to be done! Before knowing about gw2lfg.com I always wanted to find people for Sorrows Embrace but couldn’t find any.

I really hope they are secretly designing this. As much as they push for guild groups (which I totally agree), we not always can team up with guild mates to do something.

Please add this. It is an elementary feature that should have been in the game at launch.
