So when your team gets all killed by the other team and your like the only one left by the other side, it would be nice if you would be able to show up a white flag while running away.

:) Why? people would still kill you, unless you are wanting that to come with immunity. Which is no fun, if you get routed then you deserve to be hunted down!

Just an animation or with an effect? Animation alone would probably be fine. It’ll amuse a zerg when they rip you to shreds, but it might convince the JP camper to let your poor soul through.

If it gives any added effects, no way. Run if you know you can get away. If you can’t, suffer the consequences.

I kinda dig combat in WvW jumping puzzles so I don’t know if I would like this.

Reminds me of those kids who start fights in the school yard and then try to call a truce when they are losing. My policy is no survivors.

It would be a nice gimmick, perhaps for escaping refugees or just 2v3 ish interactions. Just a simple /surr command or hotkey that can be used while moving, no effects.

Maybe allow this when you are roaming with a small group and get zerged by suckers.

Could also be used by PvEers who just want to capture POIs and skill points.

I would prefer transformation into a giant chicken.

Maybe people who are not in combat can do this? the others just die (muhahahah).

Haha, hunting running people wwith white flags would be more un indeed. As for he jumping puzzle… I only kill in the onsidian one at the start… Never halfway through or at the end, when i used tk be useless in pvp combat i always got upset because they spawn killed me, and i just wanted to jump. So now im much better at combat, i still let people pass who are there just for jumping.
