See your guild mates on the map
It would be anice feature if you were on the same map and could see your guildmates. Of course this shouldnt work worldwide.

Saying that, as a member of a few, smaller guilds, it would be a great feature to have, seeing as we’re usually too big for one party, but not always big enough for two.
To buy character slots or not to buy character slots. That is the test of my restraint.

You could give it a toggle switch. Or maybe even you could select which guild mates you would like to have show up on your map.

At the very least, show friends. But having guild mates show up would be great. There have been times when we unexpectedly run into each other, we didn’t even know they were in the same area. Also, this would help with the limit of 5 grouping. Now if more than 5 want to do something in the map together, it’s too easy to get separated. If you take your eyes off them and they move off, you have no idea where they are. It’s difficult to get together again.

Have you seen some of the zergs in WvW? If it works there it should work in PvE considering you don’t have THAT many guildies on any one map at one time.

Maybe it should just show the nearest 20 guild members, fading in and out as they move around.

This sounds very handy for WvW. I don’t think clutter is really a problem – guilds can only be so big, so you shouldn’t be covering the entire map in gold dots.

Indeed. Even guilds with max people (500 can’t all be online at the same time, due to life, timezones, level etc.). So indeed it should be possible.
