Guild Wars 2

This is more of a complaint then a suggestion. I don’t know who the genius/es were that decided to suppress map messages, but they are completely out of touch with game socialization of MMO’s. I understand that this is an attempt to reduce gold farming ( which I am all for), but how are player’s expected to look for pick up teams if after a couple attempts they can no longer able to announce that they are looking? Who could of possibly thought this was a good idea?

At least until they fix the chat suppression, a temporary fix would be to slightly edit your message so that the idea remains the same, but the words are different.

I tried that it didn’t work

From what I have seen, you have to tweak your wording before you get the suppression. After you get it, it won’t do kitten.
