I totally agree on this! Even though I like the fact the turrets actually have a use now, I don’t think the updated AC exp path 2 is that well thought out for the actual intended level. Not only does he regenerate too fast for lvl 35 to out-dps it, the tactics are also way too hard and communicative-dependant for the first explorable dungeon a player can do. I can imagine a lot of players are put off of dungeoneering (if that’s even a word) because they think it’s all just above their skill level..

I did updated path 2 maybe a dozen times and I dont remember the boss regenerating. Is it new addition of the last update? If not, I guess you are just doing something wrong. If it is done properly, you won’t get any damage besides the parts when you materialize the boss to damage him. Just switch between left and right trap and keep him on ranged. If some ooze stand in the trap AOE circle, just lift it up and it quickly charge the trap. Otherwise always trigger the lifting laser first, and only if you already see that someone used the lifting laser you can use the pulling one. Quick damage boss, evade aoes and run away from him again.
our real problem was that the boss pulls the oozes towards him and he looks like he absorbs them somehow….the regeneration rate was …not funny….and those aoe’s are absolutely killing……i hadn’t done it since the update when the in dungeon waypoints during combat were disabled so i dont know if anything has changed since then…..maybe we were doing something wrong…but althoug we didn’t whipe once…..we did try several tactics…including the one you are descibing…which was rather well coordinated considering we were on teamspeak….but thanks for the reply…. maybe we were overlooking something:)
They have balanced dungeons against level 80s, ignoring the “minimum required level” that they list in game. Terrible design decision.
