If anything, all Fear abilities need to have their cooldown decreased by a lot to reflect the recent changes (read: nerfs).

fear is generally longer duration than stuns/immobs but thats because the foe is running away (meaning you cant nail them in an aoe and have to actively chase them – it seems pretty balanced imo)

please don’t do this to the stolen ability I have a hard enough time trying to catch mobs that magically run back to their leash when i stealth.
The last thing we need is those incredibly long fear durations from bosses also making us run faster.
By the time they would end, we’ll be outside the event area.
