Fear is a condition that causes an enemy to be interrupted and run (increases speed by 33/66%) directly away from the player for a short period of time.

imo feared enemy should run faster than normal

Lets make Fear even more useless after the Defiant change.

Yaaaaay.

If anything, all Fear abilities need to have their cooldown decreased by a lot to reflect the recent changes (read: nerfs).

I can do thirty Five-Dolyak Arm Curls.

no no nonono no
fear is generally longer duration than stuns/immobs but thats because the foe is running away (meaning you cant nail them in an aoe and have to actively chase them – it seems pretty balanced imo)

please don’t do this to the stolen ability I have a hard enough time trying to catch mobs that magically run back to their leash when i stealth.

The last thing we need is those incredibly long fear durations from bosses also making us run faster.

By the time they would end, we’ll be outside the event area.
