For whatever reason, the Sylvari female voice reminds me of Lara Croft.

Sylvari female voice actress is Jennifer Hale. She has been giving her voice to lots of different computer and video game characters from female commander Shephard in Mass Effect series to Tira in Soul Calibur. See:

only if the pain sound for female sylvari was back in the game…it literally crushed me to find it taken out and the artistic vision of the sylvari further watered down to glorified tree cosplayers.
