Has anyone else managed to get a Teq ascended weapon box? I didnt even kow these things existed before I got one today. Any other loot that he drops that isnt well known?
How many runs did you have to do before you got something good from him?(min, ascended, pre anything good)

Nice, I thought he dropped a random ascended weapon, this is much better.
I have killed him 5 days in a row and gotten one exotic so nothing good yet. I am necro so I am going to need at least 3 weapons from him and then maybe underwater but yeah that will take ages.
Did you get it from the big chest or the UI chest in the corner of your screen?

I got it from the daily (UI) chest instead of an actual chest the weapon box popped up and replaced it. I still havent picked a weapon since I dont run condition builds on any of my characters and dont know who to use it on. I want to choose the GS for my guardian but that would be so random on him lol.

So far 20 times :P , evry time i get the same crap blue’s-green’s. For me personally the reward for the time spent on this event is a slap in the face by anet , evry time .Makes me remember why i can’t take srs this game .The sad and cold truth.
On the topic : i got only 2 exotic so far ,tequilla finger and a random exotic armor .Im aiming for the scepter and the minipet .
So far the drop rate seems consistent – one box per two Teq kills (for the whole zeg, not person). So far saw two Sunless stat sets (condi/prec/tough – thoe have unique teq skins), one settler, one cleric and one valkyrie (the last 3 had normal ascended skins). I am feeling very sorry for anyone that managed to get an ascended box with completely unneeded stats.

I am feeling very sorry for anyone that managed to get an ascended box with completely unneeded stats.
Been on 20+ kills, have not seen anyone link an ascended Teq box – I did see ONE regular ascended.
a couple of people have gotten it on their first run, as for myself nothing but blue and greens. there is the occasional bad yellow armor or weapon though nothing good yet. i’m aiming for the long bow/short bow and minipet

Something above 30 kills now … stopped counting it. I’m killing him multiple times per (day as I have 8xLVL80) in the first week with TKS and on my mainserver but it ’s getting more and more down to 1-3 kills per day now.
So far no Mini, no Ascended. Getting all greens and blue is like a slap in the face, I do really agree with that thought. But oh well, I just wasted ~250g last week trying to get a Precursor. Guess what? Not a single one.

This is why I stopped caring about killing him after I got the achievements. It’s just not worth the time spent.
25 kills or so and still nothing to show for it much. Certainly no skins or boxes. Haven’t given up but my interest has dwindled a little. Shame my necro could really use those skins.
I JUST got my Mini Tequatl from the DAILY boxes and NOTHING so far from the big chest. I’ve done this everyday on all my toons (I have 8 level 80’s) for a total of 56 times. I’m thinking that the Ascended Tequatl (Sunless) weapons and Mini Tequatl only drops from the daily chests and NOT the big chest… (?). I only get blues/greens from the big chest. Can anyone else add to this observation?
Got my ascended from daily as well (and at least, while i don’t need cleric weapon for any of my alts, white skin version is actually nice so i may consider reskinning when i craft something useful). From what i remember, at least two other people from the 5 total boxes mentioned earlier got theirs from the daily as well (i don’t know about the remaining 2).

Finally got an Ascended Weapon-Box with Valkyre stats on around my 35-40th+ kill from my daily chest as well (the small one, you get once per day per account).
Thought it ‘s “just” a regular skin (I don’t care because both look ugly in my opinion).
