I think each race lends itself well to particular holidays. Asuran just fits well with recent holidays, and since it hasn’t been a full year yet we haven’t seen the other race’s time.
New Years = Charr
earthday = Sylvari
Pi Day = Asuran
arbor day = Sylvari
groundhog day = Sylvari
Daylight saving’s = Norn
St. Patrick’s day = Human
Mother’s / Father’s day = Karka (do you see how many children they have!?!?)
Memorial day = Charr
Octoberfest = Norn
Burningman = Flame Legion + Sylvari

Am I the only one getting bored/annoyed at the fact that every event in this game is lead by an Asuran? Halloween – Asuran priory member… Lost Shore – Asura leads the way giving warning to LA. Fractals – Asuran. Now Wintersday, an event dominated by cold weather and snow – Asuran toy maker.

Can we get a little variety with the NPCs?

Can’t have a Sylvari lead an event, look how long it took him to get ready to kill an Elderly dragon. Norns would be to busy drinking to decorate, Charr would be to busy planting bombs and war machines throughout L.A. to start a coup de tat. And Humans would make it to overly religious. Asuras are the only logical choice bookah x)

The Charr already celebrate Meatoberfest 24/7. They don’t need any other holidays.
