When is the last day for the festival?

One place it says it runs through the 3rd and another place it says it runs to the 3rd. So is today the last day or is tomorrow the last day? I need to know so I can trade in all my socks and sweaters.
GW2 Wiki says 10 am PST (US west coast time) today, January 3rd, so in a hair under 5 hours as I type this. The main-page description doesn’t give a time, but all of the other dated milestones were at that time of day, so probably.
Event is still active as of about 15 min ago when I logged off…
I’m pretty sure it was supposed to have finished about 3 hours ago but it seems to still be going.

The snow is gone as of a patch, but the vendors and gem items remain until 11:59 pm Pacific per an ANet announcement. Last chance to trade in the uglies or get that elegant dress.
