I’ll admit, part of it is me being a miser and not wanting to grab a second axe for my necromancer. I also haven’t given too much thought to sigils yet, I’ve just got a stacking sigil on my Axe. What would you use in the off-hand weapons in that scenario?

Edit: Just testing it now, and I can actually proc the on-swap bonus with just one main-hand axe. Obviously that’s only one type of on-swap bonus, but still something.

You dont need 2 axes. Just have one axe with sigil of battle then when you swap the offhands, sigil of battle will proc everytime you swap offhand.

If that doesnt work, just put a sigil of battle in both offhands and put force/accuracy in the axe. No need to have 2 axes.

EDIT: Just tested Battle in mainhand. It works every time and the advantage of not having a second axe means you dont need to buy a second sigil and the auto attack chain isnt interrupted when you swap offhands (not relevant on necro axe, but important on dagger or warrior axe).

I’ll look at investing in a sigil of battle, since a constant bonus from 6 stacks of might could be pretty nice. Right now it’s just the cost factor – again, I am a miser, and that’s one of the most expensive sigils.

So yeah, what I was seeing was a 2s immobilize on the active, and considering it to be on hit (bone fiend hits twice per attack, and twice in the attack period, so 2*(2*2) =, and had seen reasonably high durations in game and so assumed it was 8 seconds; I could have sworn I had checked it but I guess not. Anyway, yes I apologize I was way off, it is 4 seconds base (5 seconds with my 20% condi duration).

Well, I will say this even though its Not over; Zombify is right. We have so much Offensive stuff now thakittens crazy. I have no Idea what they could do for us defensively without shooting it over the roof.

they are usually on our youtube. The itunes relies on our audio only uploads, and unfortunately wordpress is fighting me every step of the way with getting the audio taken care of.

Oh I see. I listen to the podcasts as I drive my truck around London every night and as I run out of podcasts I find myself putting up with the aweful British radio. If I’m playing I can’t consentrate on the podcast, as such YouTube isn’t much good to me on the road with the extortionate data charges.

If any one knows how I can perhaps strip sound from YouTube videos I would be really greatful.

Shame about the problems Bas but keep up the good work.

If you go around on google, you will be able to find programs that basically strip youtube audio, all you need is the program and the youtube URL and its good to go. The one I used to use (forgot the name, haven’t used it in a while) takes quite a bit of time though, since it has to process the full video first, then strips it down the audio, then finalizes the mp3, but you will still end up with audio.

Well it took about an hour to get five podcasts from YouTube to my phone. I’m all set for learning some necro stuff, starting with episode one. Thanks for the help Bhawb.

Wait – you’re literally running with just one axe? Doesn’t that kitten your stats pretty heavily?

Stats are only used from one weapon set at a time, so no, not really? (I’m still using off-hand weapons, two in fact, just only one main-hand.)
