well, i said i might draw a sketch of people posting screens here because i don’t want to feel obligated to draw picture of every person, being forced is not really fun nor anything good comes out of it
picture for Celtica was in fact a commission, he/she paid me 100 gold for it but request came from them… then again i liked their character so it was fun work
certanly i don’t mind getting some gold for work but i am well aware that i am not most amazing artist out there and i can draw only certain things to certain extend
that being said, i am open for commisions but i can’t promise to draw everything people want simply because i might not be able to create what they want (due to lack of skill, knowledge, practice etc.) no matter how much gold they pay

Can I send you some pics and a description ? If it inspires you then great, if not I would totally understand I love the one you did for Celtica and I would gladly pay 100g for something like this. (I farmed on purpose to pay a few artists anyway)

i paint usually whatever fancies me;
if people ask me for commision i may take it (depending if i like it or not; i don’t take commisions i would hate painting because result would be just bad) and it is on higher priority list;
with commisions i don’t have much freedom, people who order a picture and pay for it usually have certain wishes (character, colors, pose, image size etc.) and i have to take them in account
with free sketches i do what i want;
commis are also more detailed than quick sketches
as far as prices go, it really depends what ppl want and how much they are willing to pay; the most time ist spent on details, so the fancies armor the longer it will take (i slowly start to develope hate toward human t3 light armor lol)
Well, your sketches are fantastic. I’ll shoot you a PM about commissions though. I am curious. And I feel you on that T3 Human Light. I fancied for a time on my mesmer, but when I saw everyone running around with it I decided I would rather create a unique look without it.

Most people are generally nice. I would never critique artwork since I am not good at it either (stick figures are as far as I can get). However, if you want to write something, I’d always be willing to check that over for you. =P Maybe post something, Sen, you never know. Someone might give you tips.
