Basically we had 6 WvW guilds leave with about 300 active WvW players in total, so if anyone wants to go to a server without queues whilst being able to fight all the guilds of the silver league, feel free to come!

I heard HoB is moving to Gandara Argwulf, can’t 100% verify this as that’s just what I’ve heard from others.

[HoB] have stated that they’re staying on AG.

To anyone considering moving to AG, I’d like to encourage you wholeheartedly; quite easily my favourite opponent in EU, always good fights, a great attitude and roaming and small scale in as much abundance as there are large battles. Aurora ‘Apollo’ Glade has always been a sibling server to Gandara, and the name I hope to see most every reset. I know with verity that the majority of the Gandaran community feels the same way.

The fact that you will not regret transferring to Aurora Glade is unequivocal, in my eyes.

AG, I salute you.

HoB never said they were moving to Gandara.

On Topic: AG are good opponents, always – many old WAR friends/enemies over thar.

I moved from FSP to Gandara (with my guild at the time) some time after random matchups were introduced, so I didn’t play with AG as much as some veterans, and especially not with a Gandaran perspective.

With that said, I always enjoyed reading about the bromance between Gandara and AG and, having been on Gandara for a while now, it’s clear to me that the friendly rivalry between the two did a lot to shape the amazing culture that exists on both servers today, particularly in WvW.

AG might be losing some players, but I’m certain that that culture will remain strong. So if you’re looking for a server that respects skill and independence and values a good fight over sitting on cannons day and night, definitely give them a shot.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of playing against AG, I can confirm that you’ll find a lot of strong, skilled guilds there. It’s a great place for players looking to join and advance with an experienced guild, and for guilds looking for capable allies with a real fighting spirit and ethic.

Whether or not they retain numbers as a server, AG’s guilds all pack a punch and will continue make their presence felt on the battlefield.

I love fighting against AG because it means we will fight against guild groups, and I can find good small scale roaming fun. Its not a boring blob server. We had some great times in the now extinct match-up threads as well.

Join AG. Keep them strong. So that we can continue to have good fights with them.

I am playing at Gunnars Hold but for me it is good for wvw to have servers like Gandara and Aurora strong.
I am sure you guys will find your way and you will remain a strong and fun server to play against like you always were:)

AG is a fun server to match up against. Their community seems to value strategy and sportsmanship which keeps the fights fresh and interesting. Plenty of zergs, plenty of roamers, but no brainless PvDing blobs. Great server.

Yup, i agree. Pretty easy to defend against the characterless, mindless uber-zergs, whereas the AG guys always put thought behind their attacks. Countless times i’ve heard on TS “it’s AG remember, keep your eyes open”. Good fights and good peeps.

Naqbi and I got to exhausted of leading a guild, and with real life stuff it just became to much, and a lot of people wanted to move over to Wildstar, so we decided to shut down in GW2.
But this thread is not about that, so let’s get it back on track if u wonder about anything else just give me a PM ingame^^

Bump for Apollo Glade.

No matter how bad things get, the sun never sets on AG, hence the Apollo (god of the sun) nickname. We need people and fast otherwise we may even end up in bronze league.

You guys are my favorite opponents no matter what.
We, being Gandara, have an extremely good relationship with you guys, I would even call it a server-mance
anyhow

Fights with Aurora Glade have always been fun and challenging. Biggest rage on Gandara’s forums ever was when random match-ups tricked us of “dream” matchup between Gandara, Aurora and FSP.
They seem to be a fun server to be on and if you are looking to move consider them seriously.

Several guilds have left. I for one miss them and I wish they wouldn’t have left. But they have left and I hope they find more fun on the servers they transfered to. I’m sure I’m not alone on AG feeling that way (even sure the ones feeling that way are the majority).

But that is now past and it’s time to rebuild. So welcome all, guilds or single players, to the great server Aurora Glade. No queues garanteed (except maybe to EB)!

Aurora Glade became the ideal server for any guild or havoc group from Europe or East coast of USA. In the first weekend of season 2 we had queue in eb and only in our prime-time , and was a small number ~15.

Do not waste your time waiting in a long queue in your server .The transfer cost to us is 1000 gems ( ~12$ ) .
