Guild Wars 2

Hello!
I am a casual gamer that as the title says is in search of a casual PvE guild. Light RP works well too as well as some PvP. I tend to stay away from the large guilds and like medium size guilds, but growing close-knit groups are great too.

I am on usually a few evenings (GMT-5) during the week and weekend. My current characters are a 40’s mesmer and a 30’s engineer on the Anvil Rock server, but I am open to moving for the right group.

I am easy-going, and have a good sense of humor that is looking for a place to call home.

Hi, Tayte! I like easy-going people. Especially in MMOs. xD We’re on Tarnished Coast, but since you said you might be up for transferring, I thought I’d tell you about Remnants of Hope. We’ve got a core group of about 15 people who are active daily and several more who log in a few times a week. We do events every day, and even have a calendar where any member can schedule an event and request RSVPs. You can skim over the calendar and see if the events we’ve been doing seem like the kind of stuff you’d like to get in on, plus our full recruitment info is in the link above. Heyas Tayte, The Audacious P [Tap] is a small Jade Quarry guild trying to build up its members, we are a very lax and ridiculous group of people, we do just about everything but mostly focus on PvE, such as dungeons/fractals/world events. We don’t have a hierarchy, so everyone has the same pull and access to everything that our guild has.

We don’t really have any requirements other then being willing to learn dungeon mechanics as well as being able to dish out and take jokes!

I hope your new home works out for you, but if it doesn’t perhaps I might have what you are seeking.

My guild is called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual yet social, 18+ PvE/RP family on Tarnished Coast. Some of our members also enjoy WvsW/sPvP and we do have our own arena. Knowledge of and/ or participation in RP is not required. We’ll teach you if you want to learn, but there’s no pressure.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time.

We are currently working on building up a solid core of pve players, but there are still a few around who would be more than happy to help teach you if you want to learn and have a little patience. We enjoy helping each other and doing things together when possible. All you have to do is ask if you need help with something and we’ll do our best to come to your aid.

Don’t worry about trying to transfer right away or even at all. Feel free to guest with us as long as you want. You’ll still be able to join with us for dungeons and even Fractals (which I will be more than happy to teach). if you decide you want to transfer, we’ll help you get the funds you need to do so.

There is also no requirement to be representing us at all times. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us some time too.

We also have a TeamSpeak 3, but it’s use is on a purely optional basis. Most of our chatter is on the guild channel.

Heya! Writhe [WRTH] is a small casual guild looking for new recruits. We currently have 40+ members. Most of our players are new players learning the game. We have a group of experienced players who help guide them through leveling and learning the game mechanics. There’s no such thing as a stupid question with us. If you need help learning more about your class or just want people to hang out with we might be right for you.

• Stormbluff Isles – We are active on SBI, but allow guesting. Don’t forget you can delete all your chars for a free transfer.

In-Game Activity

• WvW – Actively involved. We often run alone. Recently bought our first commanders tag.
• sPvP – Currently putting together a tPvP team, will soon have a custom arena.
• Leveling – We often team up with and help our lower levels.
• Missions – We are still working on unlocking these. Currently only doing Guild Bounty Training.
• Dungeons – Some dungeon running. Activity will increase as we recruit new members and our low levels reach 80.
• Fractals – Same as above. Our most active runners are at level 3-5.
• World Bosses – We often report active bosses and kill most of them on a nightly basis.
• Representing – We do not require 100% representation, but atleast 75+-%.

Crimson Guards United Gaming Recruitment :

In 2003 a small group of friends founded CG to play casually and focus our time on one game. It soon took off into more then one game and developed into what we now call “Crimson Guards United” gaming. Guild Wars 2 was chosen for its impressive MMO game play style which sets itself apart from most MMO’s and as of right now we have been openly recruiting on Jade Quarry.

Guild Focus: Right now our main focus for the guild is PvE Dungeoning, Dailys, Monthlys, and Group Events. Once we recruit more members into CGU we will shift our focus from this to Guild WvW and the newly added Guild Missions. We know some members like to do Dungeons or just PvE in general more than doing WvW or PvP so now members are required to do one or the other. Here with CGU Gaming we believe in letting every member do what they enjoy in-game and we believe in-turn thats what makes the Guild better as a division.

Division Requirements :

So, we wanted to set up a strong division here on Guild Wars 2 and so far its on the right track. We are currently accepting all skills levels and character levels. Our only requirement is 16+ years of age, to keep drama out of our guild so every mature player can have a fun experience in our guild. To join our leadership you must show you will be active, show you have what it takes to lead, and be able to promote CGU. It won’t we easy to start off but the leadership positions may go fast. We usually let our current active members on Guildwars make the final decision who they want to represent them.
