i’m serious about the elephants though, we got them.

Commanding on JQ since launch I can tell you this server is something else when it comes to WvW. We may not have the largest force at the current moment but we certainly have the most tenacious. JQ does not give up and keeps coming at you whether its a equal fight or we are out manned 10 to 1 we will just keep coming, until we accomplish our goal.

Come to JQ where you no doubt will die many times over, but will do something EPIC in that time frame guaranteed.

Many former DAOC and Warhammer Online guilds have made Jade Quarry their home since launch and are firmly committed to the server. Great communication and support have made WvW fun. Although many servers have seen mass guild migrations that have decimated WvW communities, Jade Quarry has maintained a solid core of PvP experienced players.

Something you will definitely have if you come to JQ is comraderie and the willingness of everyone around you and if you are a commander you will have some of the most loyal followers out there. Some people will even follow you off cliffs to their imminent death if it so means they stay on the tag

We are a German guild and our WvW crew is in AoS now. We get some “lost” Crow back into GW2 atm, but we are not recruiting as a guild.

Out manned in 2 out of 4 bl’s during NA prime. Zero EU presence (BG has small EU presence, SOR has huge EU presence.) And STILL advancing in the ranks moving up from red to blue easily at this rate after a 1 week break.

This tells you all you need to know about JQ wvw and it’s community.

If you need to test your guild or yourself in gw2 server combat, you need to test it versus JQ or on JQ

(Hopefully on JQ during NA prime, we are historically/chronically outmanned during NA, and during EU time. =) )

Hi there. Kashmara here, one of the EU timezone contacts.

Now, I understand that things work differently on EU servers. Different playstyles, different mentality. That said, I think you would be pleasantly surprised by JQ. We love our fighting a million times more than standing around derping behind tower/keep walls. Large groups to fight? Bring it on. Outmanned, and possibly outnumbered? Who cares, push their kitten in.

You would definitely have folks to fight, as IRON has a huge, dominating presence in the EU timezone. In fact, I have seen IRON being hopeful that JQ would get some EU guilds, so they have someone to fight against. There would be very few doors to fight, but loads of potential loot bags.

So, yes, we could absolutely use some help. If you have any questions, or wish to see how things are on JQ for yourself, feel free to contact me.

Added it to the Timezone seperation. These are rough times and probably won’t reflect each player in the timezone but its really rough to sort of give you an idea.

Flake my massive Norn can is the size of 2 small children, so I field a solid team all by myself in Oceanic

I may be biased but I love our Oceanic and SEA players more than any other timezone on JQ – we have so much fun and poke and laugh while we fight which is always important for keeping morale going.

I’m in Oceanic, but I’m Icelandic so on the chance that we have any Scandinavians that want to consider transferring to JQ to run during our EU timezones… hæ / hej / hejsan / hei you have someone that speaks your language and can liaise for you.

Hi OOze.

When a guild says international, it means 3/4 of their members are not just in one timezone.

With that said, it is true that International guilds do normally have stronger, i.e. NA presence. This is why (INSERT core number range) is provided to indicate that at any given time there atleast these number in wvw/pvp/pve.

But it best to always place your requirements or pm, or email or contact the recruiters to ask the questions you need answered.

Definitely look into joining Jade Quarry if you’re looking for a fun, competitive WvW experience. I’ve been with JQ from the beginning and can definitely attest to the camaraderie within the community. More importantly, it’s an all-around good place to have some great times and meet some really cool and skilled people – which is what this game is all about!

Join us today and expand your horizons as they change the match making system to allow us to fight a bunch of new servers. We might even get the lucky and have a battle of GW1 factions servers in Kaiening, JQ and FA!

Well, it’s the closing of another era in GW2 WvW as the match system changes things up in a notable fashion. I think it’s pretty clear that, through thick and thin, JQ stood out as one of if not the preeminent server of “the old” tier 1. So to all my fellow rocks of the Quarry, this one’s for you.

We are still fighting the good fight. Would be nice to have a little help. If you are looking for a solid community in both WvW and PvE then make contact with any of those folks in the first post. A few more EU brothers and sisters would be particularly welcome.

[Ax] is recruiting but that have told me they wish to remain private in their selection. You will need to talk to any of their officer for their requirements.

Good server with a lot of heart, always fun to fight against them.

If you are looking for some great fights against some excellent opponents then check out JQ.

JQ is a server which has alot of potential. After the bandwagon left when we started to drop to 2nd in tier 1, we are holding 3rd spot in tier 1. We have always needed Oceanic and European coverage, but now with a number of guilds going to form DB we need NA coverage as well. If your guild wants to be a WvW leader or just help us in co-ordination then we welcome you to the server =).

JQ needs some tender loving care during NA/Oceanic/EU!

Problem is getting into a FULL server can be quite challenging!
