Guild Wars 2

Hi,

I’ve been away from Gw2 for a few months now and am looking to get back into the fray with a friendly casual english speaking guild. I’m on desolation but would consider a server move for the right guild.

I’m based in the uk, but due to real life activities cannot play regularly, unless you count 1/2 an hour first thing in the morning before I head off to work.

Primarily pve focused I’m looking to do the dungeon runs and other group activity as well as levelling. I have a LvL 80 Mesmer, and a lvl 80 thief but am looking to start a new ranger or elementalist – so whilst I’m happy to bring them along for the odd run, I’m primarily looking to concentrate on levelling the new characters. Previously I pugged for dungeons but this time round I thought I’d make the effort to find a friendly guild.

Experience wise I’ve played most mmo’s although mostly in a solo perspective as its the story I enjoy.. Skill wise id say im average, and In pvp im rubbish. -i blame my age (43) and the fact that i tend not to build the ultimate character with skills & items. I’d prefer voice chat for the groups, and actually have a small mumble server (up to 30 players) that I’m happy to share. The mumble server is also used for online tabletop role playing but it’s easy enough to setup additional rooms to use.

As it seems our guild could probably fit your needs.

We are a friendly new guild, about 5 months old, and try to get active members.

We like to do dungeons and fractals if we find time and enough player for it. Our main target is whenever we play together, we try to work as a team and play with strategy and try to challenge us.
We also jumped into tPvP but there we are very new or better said at the very first step to it.

Our current size is around 10 members, unfortunately not everybody active, but we are raising and finding new recruits.
For our strategic gameplay we are using a TeamSpeak3 server, my own host but ,yeah ,not written in stone. Our time is around GMT+1 (CEST) in the evening 7-9pm and we are located on the Far Shiverpeak server (every other server is fine too)

So if you don’t mind to join us even if we do not have lots of members, I’m happy to welcome you in our ranks.

We have guild Bounties unlocked and run Dungeons Fractals and WvWvW aswell as general PvE content.
We are quite a small guild at the moment but slowly increasing in numbers, we intend to stay relatively small so people don’t just feel like a number

Excessum is a fairly largish Desolation based guild with a PvE focus.

We have guild missions twice weekly, periodical guild events, an sPvP server and most importantly an active roster. People frequently use guild chat to find dungeon groups, with some groups use our mumble server to help with these runs.

Bry – Froody looks good for me, ill setup a login on the forums, hopefully ill be online this Saturday afternoon, if not before so may be able to catch up then.

Troops, I’m intrigued by your guild, but. For the moment think ill go with Froody as they are also on desolation so it saves me having to transfer. Thanks for the offer though and if it doesn’t work out with Froody ill be in touch
