Hello all,

I am recently getting back into the game. It has been kind boring but with new stuff coming out, I have hope it will bring some light into this game. I am a original GW veteran playing since it came out and loved it for the eight some odd years it has been out. I am basically looking for a Guild who is active, not just frac’s and dungys. Id like to be in a guild who does everything. I am a BIG lore buff and love to talk about the game and its future possibilities.

Id like to play with people who genuinely like playing gw2, not just to logg for a boss or frac run. Id like a nice group of people who like to help, explain, talk and be funny.

Id like an only Guild Wars 2 guild, if possible.(I know some of you guys are big and have players with other demands).

I have been everything from a Clan Leader to a newbie, I have no qualms about registering or testing out, as I will be testing myself.

I have mumble and a mic, but can accommodate any other needs ( within reason;p).

I have a Mesmer and working on Thief. I enjoy PvE the most, but also like PvP. I am willing to do everything and anything.

I am 22, going to school and working. I am CST, on Yaks Bend right now. But will change.

Finally, I am just looking for a great group of people who really enjoy playing this game, whenever they can. Id like to play with people, who I’ll be playing with five years from now. I can spot clans/guilds with quotas or those just trying to rake in members, please don’t post if that’s you.

You may be interested in Remnants of Hope on Tarnished Coast. We’re a PvX guild that has a friendly, active community that takes part in all aspects of the game, from PvE dungeons, to leveling, to PvP, to WvW, to RP, etc. We also have very active forums where we discuss many topics including lore or speculation about the Living Story.

As for an active, friendly community, this is definitely one of our strong points. We have a very active recruitment and trial process. While this does mean a longer application along with requirements for trial members that other guilds don’t have, it also means that we get to know every member very well before they are accepted as a full member. We don’t want any members to simply get lost in the crowd and we do want everyone who applies to find a strong community that genuinely cares about them.

My guild is called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual yet social, 18+ PvE/RP family on Tarnished Coast. Some of our members also enjoy WvsW/sPvP and we do have our own arena. Knowledge of and/ or participation in RP is not required. We’ll teach you if you want to learn, but there’s no pressure.

We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time.

We are currently working on building up a solid core of pve players, but there are still a few around who would be more than happy to help teach you if you want to learn and have a little patience. We enjoy helping each other and doing things together when possible. All you have to do is ask if you need help with something and we’ll do our best to come to your aid.

Don’t worry about trying to transfer right away or even at all. Feel free to guest with us as long as you want. You’ll still be able to join with us for dungeons and even Fractals (which I will be more than happy to teach). if you decide you want to transfer, we’ll help you get the funds you need to do so.

There is also no requirement to be representing us at all times. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us some time too.

We also have a TeamSpeak 3, but it’s use is on a purely optional basis. Most of our chatter is on the guild channel.

• Leveling – We often team up with and help our lower levels.
• Missions – We are still working on unlocking these. Currently only doing Guild Bounty Training.
• Dungeons – Some dungeon running. Activity will increase as we recruit new members and our low levels reach 80.
• Fractals – Same as above. Our most active runners are at level 3-5.
• World Bosses – We often report active bosses and kill most of them on a nightly basis.
• Representing – We do not require 100% representation, but atleast 75+-%.

Heyas Shiznex, The Audacious P [Tap] is a small Jade Quarry guild trying to build up its members, we are a very lax and ridiculous group of people, we do just about everything but mostly focus on PvE, such as dungeons/fractals/world events. We don’t have a hierarchy, so everyone has the same pull and access to everything that our guild has.

Heya! Writhe [WRTH] is a small casual guild looking for new recruits. We currently have 40+ members. Most of our players are new players learning the game. We have a group of experienced players who help guide them through leveling and learning the game mechanics. There’s no such thing as a stupid question with us. In 2003 a small group of friends founded CG to play casually and focus our time on one game. It soon took off into more then one game and developed into what we now call “Crimson Guards United” gaming. Guild Wars 2 was chosen for its impressive MMO game play style which sets itself apart from most MMO’s and as of right now we have been openly recruiting on Jade Quarry.

Guild Focus: Right now our main focus for the guild is PvE Dungeoning, Dailys, Monthlys, and Group Events. Once we recruit more members into CGU we will shift our focus from this to Guild WvW and the newly added Guild Missions. We know some members like to do Dungeons or just PvE in general more than doing WvW or PvP so now members are required to do one or the other. Here with CGU Gaming we believe in letting every member do what they enjoy in-game and we believe in-turn thats what makes the Guild better as a division.

Division Requirements :

So, we wanted to set up a strong division here on Guild Wars 2 and so far its on the right track. We are currently accepting all skills levels and character levels. Our only requirement is 16+ years of age, to keep drama out of our guild so every mature player can have a fun experience in our guild. To join our leadership you must show you will be active, show you have what it takes to lead, and be able to promote CGU. It won’t we easy to start off but the leadership positions may go fast. We usually let our current active members on Guildwars make the final decision who they want to represent them.

Equinox Solstice [TIME] is an semi-hardcore PvX guild formed on 18-February-2013, based in Crystal Desert that aims to foster interest in all aspect of the game (sPvP, WvWvW and PvE), seeking for players that are fun-loving, outgoing and self-motivated.

Within a short 3.5 months, [TIME] has become a fully upgraded guild which can be considered an significant progress.

Limbo is a PvE focused guild with casually done WvW and sPvP.It is a Cross server guild interested mostly into the PvE aspect of the game.
We farm on daily bases Arah all paths,FotM 48 for skins.We are doing CoF & CoE speed running.
We also farm World bosses and DE.
Guild missions are being done twice a week.So everyone can finish them.Everyone who isn’t on Underworld is guesting there.
If you want to join us specifically for WvW & sPvP then server Underworld is the place,because 60% of our members are there.If you want to join us only for pure PvE than server doesn’t matter.

I would like to introduce Askew Krewe to you. We are a small guild on Tarnished Coast and Crystal Desert with some 25 members. We have American and European players so whatever timezone you’re in, you should find someone online. Our “daily active” core is rather small but we have friends in other guilds and other servers to do stuff with.

Because of our guild’s size we are like family to each other. If you need help with something (story quest, a jumping puzzle, a dungeon,…), just ask in guild chat and someone will probably jump to your aid. We have people with 100% map completion, Dungeon Master titles, Fractals of the Mists level 28 unlocked etc. As you can see, we focus mainly on PvE, but we have some experience in PvP and WvW as well if you’re interested in those.

We have people who have been playing MMORPGs and other games for years and others who had never played one before GW2. And we have all been GW2 newbies at some point, so don’t be afraid to ask us for help.

Are we mature? I guess that depends on the situation. We are all students and/or have jobs. We know and understand that you have to afk sometimes because your child woke up. We treat everyone with respect. But we also engage in shenanigans and general silliness.
