Hi,

After being absent from the game for a long time, I’m thinking of returning to it if I can find a social, friendly, fun, English speaking guild with helpful people that like to do stuff together. Since I’ll be rerolling my character, I don’t mind what server the guild is on.

I’m a friendly, mature, helpful person and an experienced MMO player (WoW, FFXI, FFXIV, Lineage 2, Ragnarok Online and ofc GW2) as well as a lifelong gamer. I play MMOs for the social aspect, so that’s why I’m looking for a fun guild with active guildchat, filled with friendly people who, like me, like to do stuff together. I mean: what’s the point of an MMO if you’re going to play it mostly solo, right?

I am the recruiting officer & joint guild leader of Free Armed Ronin of Tyria. We are on the Ferguson Crossing server and have players on every day.

We were newly created by myself (in England) & Sto Helit (in the USA) about one month ago & currently have 12 members with two further invites awaiting acceptance. Our youngest member is 18 and our oldest is 60+. So I think we can be confident in saying we are for the mature player.

Myself & Sto have been gaming since the late 70’s-early 80’s!!! So we have a lot of experience between us. Whilst I have only played GW2 since last year, Sto played GW for 6 years and has played GW2 since beta.

We have already spent quite a bit of gold on influence and have Guild Bounty open and are working on Economy 6 so we can unlock treks.

If you play on the North American server then consider Alchemy Incorporated, as social guild on Sorrows Furnace. It’s a guild that exists just for the sake of having cool people to play with. We team up often, we do dungeons, fractals, have constant call outs for world bosses and happily play together in the open world, too. Hello! I’m from Armed and Dangerous Tree Octopi [OCTO].

It’s a brand new guild so our roster is very small still but the main goal is to create a space for players who often play during late server hours (approximately 9pm to 2am PST or GMT -8). How does this work? Because we do not have representation requirement, whenever you log in and there’s nobody else active in your regular guild you can switch to our guild to find like-minded players to spend time with until your regular guild roster becomes more active then you are free to switch back. No hassle, no guilt, and worry-free!

We are PvX although probably a bit more on PvE side at the moment. Since we prefer drama-free atmosphere we prefer you to be 18 years old or older and be mature. Having fun is our motto – anything goes as long you do not violate Anet’s Code of Conduct and know how to treat your fellow guildmates.

I run a 140 man guild called Mysteriax Gaming [MxG]. We run small WvW “havok squads”. No Zerging!
We also do a lot of PvP and have our own custom arena to practice dueling and team fights. Every Saturday, MxG also does Tequatl with our server.
MxG is based in the server Gate of Madness, so there is a server transfer necessary.

The Remnants of Hope is based on Tarnished Coast and offers PvX, RP, and WvW while maintaining a fun and social atmosphere in ts3 and guild chat. We don’t really have a mold for you to try and fit to. The biggest asset in the guild is the community. We have several different aspects that you can play in or just hang out with us in guild chat and/or ts3 and do nothing. Whatever makes the time that you have to game the best!

We’d be glad to have you! I have a small but growing guild on Darkhaven (with members on Desolation as well -contact Yukidaruma.3269) that does not require you to transfer unless you wish. We have members on several different severs at the moment so you can guest over to Darkhaven (Desolation on EU) for any and all events you would like to participate in.
