Guild Wars 2

Hey I’m just returning to play through the HoT content and preparing for the new path of fire content. Thought it’d be cool to find a group of people who I can chat with while faffing around in the maguuma jungle (and crystal desert I guess when that comes out). I got 4 lvl 80 characters (my elementalist and ranger are almost fully kitted out (more so the elementalist than the ranger, but my other two, a mesmer and engineer, were lvl 80 boosts so I admit I’m not too experienced with them). I’d like to do some dungeons, although I admit it’s been a few years since the last time I was in a guild that did them regularly. I have no clue about any of the new raid content but it’d nice to experience it.

I prioritize having fun over playing seriously, but I still appreciate tips on how to optimize my builds a bit (especially when it comes to gear, besides just grabbing berserker gear it’s kind of difficult for me to wrap my head around all the stats you can get in this game) and just generally how to play better.

I should also note that I live in Hawai’i so my active hours might be a little weird, I sometimes go on for a few hours in the morning before work (around 1pm Hawai’i time) and also a few hours in the evening after work (around 6-7ish pm is when I get home). Some of that time I’m playing other games with friends but that’s when I’ll be most available. I’m usually up pretty late.

Half the guild is in NA, the other half is in SEA, so we have people online throughout the day, no hour is a weird hour for us. We’re excited about PoF too, especially since we have many members from GW1 and have been in the Crystal Desert since then. We’re beginner friendly so anything you need help with or to get caught up on, we might be able to lend a hand.

Fools N Gold is a small intimate PvE focused guild on Tarnished Coast. We are all adults and use discord for group activities. We also dabble in WvW/PvP but mostly focus on PvE related stuff.

We have been around since the very beginning so we have plenty of experience. Most of us get pretty busy with real life at times but weekends always tend to be pretty active. We also have a few of us living on the West Coast.

Nuggets of Wisdom [NOW] is a small Hawaii-based guild that welcomes any and all players from anywhere in the world and with varying GW2 experience. Although majority of its members are from Hawaii, we are open to anyone who is interested in joining us. Our members have a wide range of GW2 experience, some of us very little and others quite extensive.

We hope to become a mentoring guild once we establish a steady and committed member pool. As silly as this sounds, our mission here is to offer “nuggets of wisdom” to those who need it. It would be awesome for GW2 to become a gaming community where no one is afraid of asking and receiving help, wouldn’t it?

Here is what we offer (not a whole lot since we are still new):

*All PvE content (We will try raids when we are a fair size and everyone has at least one lvl 80 toon.)

*Active Discord

*Lots of dry humor

*Casual, flexible schedule (since majority of us are on Hawaii Time to begin with)

We are open to PvP and WvW, however because we are all on different servers and are available at different times, we have not attempted either game mode.
