Hello,

Some of you may know me already, but let me introduce myself for those who do not. I am the leader of LEXS (League of Extraordinary Siegers), one of the guilds that transferred from Devona’s Rest to Stormbluff Isle a few weeks ago.

I’ve enjoyed my time so far on SBI and have had a chance to meet some awesome people here. Now that I’ve become acclimated to our new home, I wish to strengthen the ranks of LEXS with new members from guilds across SBI.

First, a little about what LEXS does:
1. Home BL defense, first and foremost.
2. Upgrading keeps and towers.
3. Sieging keeps and towers.
4. Small-man havoc groups.

What LEXS offers:
1. Access to a guild bank for sharing siege.
2. Occasional monetary rewards for upgrading keeps and towers (as cash flow permits).
3. A fun group of people to run with.
4. No rep rules, though it is always appreciated to keep influence coming for +5 supply buffs and such. Joining us on TS is recommended while you are running with LEXS.
5. You are free to come and go as you please, after all this is about having fun!

Ideally I would like 10 additional members for LEXS. If you are crafty, cunning, and enjoy home BL defense, please send me a PM here, contact me on the game, or visit the LEXS channel on TS!

If your current guild has rep rules but you wish to join us, please let me know and I’d be happy to talk to your guild leader (some guilds have already waived their rep rules for us – MUCH appreciated).

This is a great guild full of people who are dedicated to the SBI WvW effort. They are nice people to talk to and work with. They do a great job maintaining the home borderland and this is the premier destination for people looking to help maintain our reputation as having a formidable home borderlands.

As Blodeuyn said, we’re siegers from different guilds earlier on DR and now on SBI. Each of us used to build, maintain/refresh sieges, and defend posts (or Hills treb, or… Hills) alone — even before ANet introduced the siege decay timer, so… you know what we’ve done to ourselves. We members of LEXS can hit the siege cap at home all by ourselves………

We WvW regulars and siegers formed LEXS, helped each other to keep our sieges happy and protect our investment — regular and superior sieges, upgraded towers and keeps. Later we had enough members from different small/medium guilds to claim 2 or all 3 keeps on DR’s home map (sometimes on a rotation) and put at least supply buff (plus +10% HP would be nice) on it during or before NA prime time everyday!

We also developed a relationship with and had several contacts in our medium (7-15) or big (15+) enemy strike groups — we called them to do the bloody dirty jobs for us if needed. (Still learning and working on this, trying to blend in, on SBI, but we still have the same contacts in those former DR guilds which have also moved to SBI.)

We can work together and chat with each other while defending a ghost map that no enemies come, or relieve each other to cause some havoc on enemy borderlands!

Love what they do in our BL. If you are on SBI, and do WvW as mainly as a pug who likes to run in small groups or defend structures, then I would highly suggest joining them.

Plus, you have to respect people who still show up and work kitten our BL, even when being severely outmanned by SoR.

I also suggest anyone who has extra blueprints, whether they be superior or not, donate them to Blodeuyn Tylwyth to help with our defense. [Lexs] does a great job of defending and upgrading our BL and helping with donations is always appreciated. =)

SBI has such an awesome community! LEXS definitely feels the love and support here.

You can also send donations to the Champions of Stormbluff [SBI] bank for everyone to share. As much as we try to defend the homeland, there are so many people that contribute to our defense, not just those in LEXS.

I would love to lead some homeland tours, party up with puggles and show them all the shortcuts to camps or sneaky path to avoid being spotted on the borderland maps. It will depend on the situation of our home map and/or our match-up. I’ll reply and bump this post then.
