oh, really sorry, but no one had stated any exploit yet, so I decided to discuss what’s the point of this topic and ended up talking about economy. It was worthwhile imo

I love it how the exploiters come and troll these threads. If you ask it, everyone here has mad solo lupi skillz doing all 4 paths in 20 mins legit. When in reality they give 10 gold to someone to show them how to do the skipping (since most are too stupid to actually figure it out themselves) and use glitches to trivialize the other boss fights.
In every single mmo this type of exploiting would swiftly result in bans, but it’s obvious that Anet doesn’t give two kittens about this issue.

If you really want to make a difference and actually put a stop to these abuses there are 2 ways you can help:

1. Put youtube videos of how to skip lupicus so everyone can do it themselves. It would also hurt the kittens teaching the exploit the most. P2 is brain dead easy to solo with skipping, if more people are aware of this the exploiters should loose more of their customers.
2. Get another friend and kick them out of the dungeon when they post the lfg. The people actually doing it normally are so few that you probably won’t hurt any legitimate runners.

Reports and other appeals to Anet are completely useless, unless people actually do something to combat this themselves nothing will change.

It’s funny, because most people in this thread figured out the exploits/skips on their own and have known about them for almost a year (me included). Also, some of us simply refuse to do them (except for p4, because screw Melandru) because it doesn’t make the dungeons any more fun. We could skip lupi every time we did p1 or p2, but we don’t, because it’s one of the few actually fun boss fights in the game (especially with Vevina gone).

This is called griefing and it can get you banned. If you find a runner that is exploiting, simply take screenshots of it and send them to Anet. No need to kick him and destroy his instance. I sincerely hope that in case you actually do this in game, you get perma banned for being such a kitten head.

I know, I’ve wanted to do them with small parties for a while now, but being on one of the crowded US servers, this is pretty hard.

Also, doing Dwayna Priestress with little people can be tough because she and her adds hurt like hell. The statue itself is pretty easy though.

Golem Mark II is also pretty fun.

Statue is easy when it does not glitch its animation. Priestress can be separated from her adds or just use reflects for an easy mode.

I’ve only ever caught Arah gates and Dwayna chains untouched by the mob. Was cool, but I believe Arah gates are not soloable.

Giant summons adds every 25% (?) which I didn’t seem to be able burst faster than they did that to me, stopms way more often when there are no people ranging him and the respawning catapults don’t help at all.

High Wizard “mesmer” stance is quite brutal but I only had 2 goes at it.

They should swap the world priests with the Arah p4 priests.

Torture them zergs with trees, lyssa’s 25 confusion stacks, grenth, and simins!

Yes, it’s pretty kitten populated servers. Once I stumbled across about 7-10 people on Dwayna Priestess and they said it’s impossible with that amount of people or it will take ages. Zerg mentality.

Jormag with 5 people would be an adventure. Next time there is a frostgorge overflow ill make that happen perhaps.

The forum is not the place for such issues to be discussed. In the case of exploits, you can also send any reports of exploit activity or knowledge to Exploits@Arena.Net to ensure the development team is aware of them.
