Well, it seems that the collection is bugged at the moment. I got all skins and it only shows 13/19.

Can confirm. Got only 4 skins unlocked, have about 12 unlocked.

Totally broken. Will probably be fixed in the next fractals patch when leaderboards are released in a few years.

Thx for the info. And you have a Jade Kraken Time Mote described wrongly. It says it’s scale 10 while it’s actually scale 20.

I have one Ask, Can convert Fractal Relics into Pristine Fractal Relic ?

I’m missing 3 of the skins I have unlocked. Please fix this, it’s annoying.

I have 4/19 in wardrobe and 1/19 in the collection, for a total of 5 different skins.

9/19 wardrobe, 3/19 in collection And those three I only got because I bought them.

I did my scale 50 to get to 51 like another thread said to to unlock the skins on one of the vendors, left the fractal lobby multiple times but still are not available for me to buy

it is the 4th item down, called. : Fractal weapons Crate (in pink lettering)

I’ve got 16/19 but it should be 19/19. If it helps, I applied a spare skin of the harpoon gun (which I supposedly hadn’t unlocked) to a random harpoon gun but it stayed at 16/19.

~2/3 to 3/4 of skins in wardrobe, collection says 3/19…
Don’t know what makes me more sad… the broken collection or the fact that I’m 100% not surprised about it being broken…

Fractal Master Collection Bug. I got all skins and it only shows 8/19.

so 5 days ago (oct 23) i submitted a support ticket, not knowing this was a common issue.

at the end of the back n forth, all i ended up with was the generic “Currently this is a known issue and we are working on fixing it…will get back with you when we have found a solution.” and that last reply was 4 days ago.

when people reported an issue with the Specialization achievements, there was a fix within hours.
when people reported an issue with the Revenant achievements, there was a fix within hours.
This, as with all things Fractal related? " we’re working on it™ "

ANET has shown deference to small group content since GW2 was born. See dungeon team firing, fractal leaderboard broken promise, fractal reset, dungeon nerf, and now this.

so i have all the fractal skins but pistol but it only says i have the ones i bought from vendor.I would love for this to get fixed soon.

Still waiting for a fix here :/

This really is disheartening, though I should’ve recognized it before. I feel like I just found the elephant in the room.

Hopefully raids actually get support – the way 5 mans have been written off, disregarded, ignored, or just discarded is really a heartbreaker.

7 days and counting. several patches later and still nothing, and this thread even has a GM reply in it.
we need to make sure this is thread on the front page, every day until something comes of it.

I want to chime in as well, in hopes for an update.
When can we finally get credit for our long hours spent farming to have 6 of one skin before getting 1 of another?

october 30 update, they unceremoniously closed my ticket. no fix, no further reply. sorry folks, ArenaNet honest to god doesn’t give a rat’s kitten about the fractal community

Nope, only the opposite way works. (1 Pristine to 15 Normal relics)

Day 9 .. Did the investigations bring any results yet? And offtopic: why were people missing GW1 AP today, which they got back after relogging?

PLEASE ARENA NET, FIX THIS! I could have my Gold GS right now but it’s just not happening. I even submitted a ticket and they just said it’s a known issue and nothing else. No progress.

Oh wait, they havent…. yet… they are still “working” on it. Like they worked on dungeons since release probably.

Would really like an update, even a “We haven’t fixed it, but should be fixed by xxxx” would be nice.

Until Patch on Fractal Master collection don’t come, i don’t buy any gems from Arenanet and nothing do on TP.

I’m having the same issue. It shows 6/19 on the collection, but I have all 19 skins sitting in an alts bags right now. Trying to add them to the account wardrobe doesn’t work since they already are and applying them to weapons doesn’t work to unlock them for the collection either.

Any news would be appreciated, as it’s been a fairly long time since your last update.

Reminds me about threads back in September of 2014. People asked why fractal collection is bugged and some red post said that they are working on it.
