After recently acquiring the ‘Infinite Mist Offensive Potion’ there is one quality of life update I’d like to see added to its functionality. At the moment, activating the potion applies 30 minutes of the ‘Fractal Offensive’ effect. An average daily run of T4 fractals, however, takes longer than 30 minutes to complete, meaning I’m required to open my inventory and re-apply the effect when it runs out (usually in the middle of a battle).

I propose that instead of applying 30 minutes of the effect, the infinite fractal potions instead do one of 2 things:
1) Apply a longer duration effect – perhaps up to 24 hours (much like the guild hall potions).
2) Toggle the effect on and off by using the potion.

Seeing as the cost of these potions are so high, adding this functionality would be well worth it.

Back to the topic. If your are playing min/max as it’s looks, don’t forget you are opening your inventory for Food and Utility too.
I am not against about a QoL change in these potions of course, just saying potions are not the only reason to open your inventory.

Side note: Savage and TP sells are other reasons ofc, but I think we are here to talk about the boosts and their improvements.

Thanks! I looked around but couldn’t find the topic.

it may seem silly but meh,

You have an infinite potion. meaning you do not have to buy it again. just refresh it every time you start a new level. Its not like you have to spread your usage out for monetary reasons.

Don’t get me wrong maybe having a 1 hour duration would be nice but meh, just pop it when you start a new shard while you are waiting for everyone to load into the run?

Your average run. Please don’t speak for others. :P
Yes there are issues with how the infinite potions are currently implemented, but I believe they’re none of what OP said. Best suggestions I’ve seen so far were presented in this thread: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/dungeons/infinite-mist-potions
If they actually worked how klerik.4912 suggested in that thread, we would have no problems. But I guess it takes Anet at least 4 years to make stuff easy and intuitive to use, we will have to take their BS for the time being.

oh suddenly the dur is a problem? dont recall any thread like these for the normal potions well i guess ppl didnt care if the durr ended in the past coz they could say that they dont have any left and be done with it but now ofc its an issue xD. Back in the old dungeon days ppl used to run dungeons with the inv open in a corner at all times so they could easily access weapons and utility dont see why this isnt the case here. Potions work just fine the only issue in find is with multiple charrs that you have to swap the potions between them before doing them but for that theres also thenshared inv slot and ofc more will be added.
