Not in a dungeon, but… I kinda want to improve on my mesmer.

With the T3 light body and legs, I think the best thing to do is to play around with the boots, gloves, shoulders and head piece to give it a different flavor. Let me get on my necro and play around with some styles.

Hmmmmm. Not sure. I’ve grown a bit tired of the light t3, but apart from that, it’s the dyes that I’m not convinced of. /strokes chin
Do you plan on keeping those weapons? Because if you do, the 2 different types of blue of armor and arah weapons really do clash a little. Needs more contrast and the proper dyes.
Other than that, just hide the shoulders and use the winged boots and gloves imo. Mind you, they dye very differently from the rest of the armor.

Oh, my post is in response to Lindbur. He was looking to change up his mesmer style a bit. I didn’t really do any dye work for him.

I love my necro, and secretly (openly) spend so much on pretty armor sets for it despite the fact that I rarely use it because their patch notes always make me sad. I’ve been eyeing the trickster chest forever, so I just had to snag it when it went on sale today, I have to sort out it’s dyes, and find a good warhorn skin that matches though.

So I finally completed my leggie and decided to take a screenie to show it !
This isn’t in a dungeon because i also wanted to be able to use the Selfless potion, which only works in Open World. This however allowed me to take a screenshot in front of a skill point to have the halo shine brighter ^^

From top to legs :
- CoF helmet, not shown ^^
- T3 shoulders
- Vigil chest
- Phalanx gloves
- Phalanx leggings
- Pit fighter boots

Dyes are white and gold.

What boots are those? I can’t quite see them, but they look intriguing.

Ena’s are karma pit fighter (my new favorite set for shoulders gloves and boots) I believe, if that’s the one you are asking about.

Well, I could buy the hard copy of children of Hurin for 6 $ and have it delivered to my door by the end of the day Wednesday. O.o

I can’t spend money on that stuff :/ that’s why. And it would cost much more money than that. 15 at least, unless I manage to find it at a book fair or something. That’s what I’ve been trying to do for a while now… with that book and many others.

My current outfit. The credit goes to someone I met on my server [sorry I can’t remember your name]. This is a mix of the Flamewrath and the Phalanx that you can currently buy at the gem store. I am wearing the Flamewrath boots which looks like gladiator sandals. Dyes are icing and white gold. The vambrace is of course the radiant one. I am hiding the pauldrons and helmet.
