Are ou ok with people clearing everything faster than you not because they’re better than you but because they’ve spent more money?

Well I’m used to bad players fgs #4’ing walls and not even needing to learn mechanics clearing content quicker than me, so it wouldn’t bother me. Though to be honest I’d probably just cough up the money for the damage sigil if it was considered game for records/fast boss kills because anything which makes my numbers bigger is worth getting.

I want to play my ranger more, for some strange reason, and I think giving her a total makeover is the motivation I need; but, I am having trouble coming up with any inspiration for a new look. I like her in greens and browns and earth tones because it has a rangery feel, but armor-wise I am feeling uninspired, medium armor isn’t popping out at me.

Mm. Strider is amazing with viper, have it on my thief. Also the stalwart shoulders on strider chest is yum !

The strider boots are my favorite boots, but it’s a hard choice between the strider chest or the viper chest and I am wishy-washy on pants.

Obviously dyes will be different.

That’s viper. The wolf thing is really nice from the cult t2 legs.

Ugh, I don’t know if I like my ranger enough yet to buy another set of medium store armor, at full price. So far I am really liking the asymmetry on her, but I also really like strider’s chest, so torn. It makes me sad that HotW shoulders are on the wrong side, why can’t we flip stuff around, it is preventing me from finding good gloves too.

Also I think cinders dye is so great on metal-y bits.

Just noticed that I never really showed off any of my chars, so I want to start with my Necromancer. I guess not many (if at all) will like it, since my fashion-taste was always a bit… weird and I’m not the most fashionable person anyway, buuuut I like it.

Ehh I like I Jerem, mainly because I’m jealous of the Heritage Armor, I almost want to stop playing GW2 for a bit just so I can play GW1 and get all that stuff. Between that and the Wheelock Rifle, it’s just about worth it.

You get half the heritage armor just for linking your gw2 with your gw1-account and if you have someone who helps you out, it shouldn’t take too long. :P

Somewhat related question though, but what do people use for their mesmer skipping stuff. I went with speed runes initially but I’m wondering if it’d be better to go with centaur and Mantra heals?
