I understand that dungeons appear in your map as soon as you hit level 30. Is it possible to have a low level character (lower than 30) enter a dungeon with a party and tag along for the exp?

nope, the dungeon levels are hard coded to the level requirement, if you need to be level 30 for the catacombs, it wont let you in untill level 30, and if you are above that, you get scaled down, and so on for the other dungeons

Lies. If your party is capable is starting it, you can run in with them, unless they’ve patched that recently.

You can effectively leech and do nothing and get the exp, since at under the required level you cant really hit kitten. Don’t expect people to take you though, unless they’re overly affectionate guildies lol.

Dolan is correct. Someone who can enter the dungeon can drag you with them enabling you to finish story mode or explorer mode. The drops scale (items from boss or chest) with your level as well as the experience points. Not sure if this is a bug or it is intended but it works that way.

Actually, you can do dungeons below the level requirement. I’ve done so a few times on my Guardian for story-mode.
