First of all sorry for my english (but I wanted to share this in the english forum as well)
With this video I only want to share or first experience with Lupicus after the patch with NO Waypoint.
So please, the people that will only comment saying what a bad/awful/crap etc elementalist I am… please, refrain from doing it and thanks. That doesn’t mean that any comment that will help me improve my ele will not be well received. You may think, what is she talking about? I’m saying this because I died A LOT (I don’t know but this boss for me is… T_T I don’t die this much usually) and also I was doing it S/F for the first time, to change and see if it’s better than with my staff (like you can see a lot of Out of range! :S).
In this video we are 4 (including me) friends of my clan with some random guy we found in front of the arah dungeon, what we didn’t know is that this guy only fighted Lupicus once and we have to explain it when we got there because when we asked first he didn’t say anything XD. He really did a great work ^^
We are not experts/pro or how you call it (like I said my english really needs some improvement XD), and we only did Arah, I think that 9 times before this one. And the first 2 times, we died constantly (we went to try, no people with experience in our party, the same one you see in the video except the random guy) and left without completing it (really late in the morning almost 4-5 am). But lately we completed it in the first try or after 2 o 3 times dying.
So when we read about the new patch where you CAN’T USE WP to get back to battle etc we were complaining about it, and yesterday night, when we decided to go try Lupicus we went with “Losing and death everywhere” in mind, and that we would have to leave without compliting the route.
So imagine our surprise when we fighted and killed it the first try, good team work, one fighting Lupicus while others doing ress etc, I was like: O_O Good one guys! And we have a lot of fun and found it a really great challenge. Maybe they made it more easy or something, I hope not, but we did it, and I’m happy
So with all this ramble what I want to say is that I find more fun and interesting and makes us work harder with the NO WP option if you die, and it will also be a good example for those parties/party members (I found a few ¬¬) that doesn’t even care to TRY to ress you or heal you because “Oh, pal go to the WP and come back fast” and more than one, some of them almost steping on me!!!!!, didn’t even bother to TRY to push F (or wathever button you have to revive) ¬¬ And I say this because I saw on the map chat a lot of people constantly complaining about this new change.
So I really like this new patch, more challenging, fun and a good lesson for those kind of people that unfortunately, not really a lot (thankfully) but they exist and I had the… misfortune to be in some of those parties in some dungeons and worst in some fractals than doesn’t understand about team work. I also have to say that is true that sometimes there are a bunch of people that doesn’t know how to play and constantly having to revive or help that person or group of person is… not really helpful and funny. But I’m talking about the others, those that only attack and attack and only cares about themself and doesn’t even bother to help other party members with the “come fast using WP” and let you die.
What I think they should change now, after the patch, is that in dungeons we should have back the option to ress completely dead party members with glyphs, because like you can see in the video we could do it, rise them completely dead but because it was phase 3 and one friend lured Lupicus and the others meanwhile revived them. But if that happens in phase 2 lol I think it’s really MORE difficult with all the AoE and those projectils.
So if you have to change something, please put back the option to revive completely dead party members with glyphs.
About other dungeons, yeah, we die sometimes, but we don’t have problems completing them. So I hope that because a group of people began to cry and complain about being more difficult, impossible etc with the No WP option if the party members are in combat… well, they will not change it because of them. Because if you really have a good team work, is really fun and a great challenge. And even more for those people that do dungeons constantly and daily and this way it will be like a new experience (depending on the party members they have XD) for them. Or so I think.
