I bought 2 x superior rune of nightmare with my ranger for my mesmer, but came to the conclusion they were soulbound

Does this change means that items are accound bound also?

Items are soulbound, tokens are account bound. That means, get the tokens, bank them, change characters, withdraw tokens and buy items on the character you want to get them for.

Please correct me if I’m wrong.

I now know this is the normal way., but i have bought the items already.
That is my problem…

The real problem is that the vendor tooltip for the runes DOES NOT say that they are soulbound on acquire.
I also bought a Superior Rune of Nightmare with mi elementalist for my Necromancer.

It makes sense to make also the equip from the vendors to be account bound (plus soulbound on use, if they want to lock it on 1 character)

If it doesn’t say that they are soulbound on acquire, report it as a bug, and maybe try to get support to fix it for you.

I sent a ticket to the support to pinpoint it and asking if it is possible to have back the tokens and remove the rune from the inventory as the tooltip was misleading, after 6 days they answered to think at every purchase as final and to think carefully on what I buy.
Totally missed the point: I did’not buy it by “mistake”, I bought it because the vendor didn’t show the RIGHT object.

Sitting on 5 runes, thank you anet for not showing the information on the tooltip.

I hope someone from Anet will say something about this problem. At least they should correct the tooltips.
