Welp, even though I took the precautions in the fundie thread, they went over to the other threads and got me an infraction for talking about transmitted diseases. HOW IS THAT OFFENSIVE?!?! I don’t know.. unless.. someone flagged me because they have such diseases and don’t like to be reminded O_O

I think you missed my point. You can’t intentionally summon the bird with Pirate Runes, but you can with the Pirate Sword (town clothes), it acts as a mini in combat, but grats on being yet another ignorant trigger happy kicker. I bet you kick Guardians who try to “DPS” with a Greatsword instead of healing w/ mace.
But seriously, I love trolling guildies with it, oh the rage that starts when they can’t figure out whose it is cause we all have the same tag xD

Omg just earlier.. a guardian running mace/shield, full pvt, using no virtues at all, and no reflects in Sorrow’s embrace. My rage meter over 9000. -_-

I may make a video of me doing dungeon tour with random pugs. People have told me I should.. It will just be me yelling at the screen every couple seconds because of all the things that make me angry, but hey, if it makes people happy then it’s well worth the rage :O

But for real, on the Zadorojny path (forgot which that was. p3?) is reflect very important? I’m sitting on a full SE set and got through it nigh effortlessly several times without a reflect… but now that you mention it, that probably would have made the part where you break the APC a bit easier…

I don’t think reflects are a huge deal for the most part but they do help to get through the few silver Dredge after the first boss and for getting people across the bridge if you don’t have enough Thieves/Mezzies.

P1 on the other hand is infinitely easier with reflects for the champ golems, who can be very dangerous even when pulled in by the ones or twos.

Oh my that was ages ago, but yeh I was referring to path 1.
Path 3, reflects are used on only a few select places and when I speed run with a mesmer in party, his feedback covers some of it.

I love dungeons but absolutely hate being in a guild, so I pug 100% of the time. I probably get kicked out of 5% the dungeon groups I don’t start. The typical scenario is I join a fractals 38 group LF1M, they are in the same guild, chat will be silent. The run will go smoothly but suddenly out of nowhere I’m looking at an LA loading screen. I assume there were only 4, but they wanted to get the run started before a 5th logged in. There is nothing the game to even discourage people from doing this.

Friends? Unless you have bad friends. In which case, get new friends.

You can report them. If everything happened as you say, it’s not allowed.

I just join a pug, get increasingly kitten ed off and then kitten about it to brazil in mumble.

There’s a simple way to avoid at least half of the kicks: make the kick system to be voted by a majority to take effect (with pro or con), not just one answer and that with only the agreement of that request.

Thats why always doing runs with guildies or pugs i trust due running with them servral times.

When you are pugging :host the dungeon problem solved. When they kick you nobody gets a reward. That will teach them! Or take the screen shot option.

But I rather have the host option. You know at least that they aren’t getting a reward as well. When you report people kicking you from dungeon before reward you are not sure if and when they are (temp) banned.

I hope this helps. Because dungeons are really fun. Its a shame to miss all that fun. I am hoping that this post takes some of the fear away.

Sorry to be a little rude but you probably play in the dungeons where all the kids go like CoF. Never come across any kittens while in Arah or CoE.

I am not a fan of kicking anyone, for any reason, unless they are being severely detrimental to the progress of the group. That being said, I have been in groups where this has happened. I have a buddy who just thinks it’s “payback for being bad” to make them participate until the very end just be kicked before all that time is worth anything. Yea, my friend is a kitten, but he doesn’t do it to people who run smoothly either, so maybe you do have some introspection to do OP. Or you’re unlucky and just get kittens in groups. Or you could just get a crew together for your runs and move on.
