Why is it that the people that played gw2 since launch gets the benefit of doing dungeons, orr maps etc easily to gain karma, loots and also their legendary and now made tough for the casual “few hours a week” gamer’s?
when the game just launched, everyone got everything in large quantities and also had exploited everything they could. by exploiting i don’t mean bugging or whatsoever instead what im saying is that the things were far more easy to obtain.
now after changes, dungeons become harder, more demanding, time consuming, makes a loss in repair bills. how is this fair to the beginning players etc?
most of u that posted here and complain about dungeons being too easy, how many of you are complaining about it? and what about the other part of the world that’s being silent and just playing the game in frustration?
maybe the “noob” players or casual players or whatsoever you call it, should just quit and walk away and let the elite gw2 players rule the game? “you could as for a refund idk if it still works :x”
for the old players or those that already got everything they want, maybe its easy for you. heck, don’t forget you were once a noob yourself. when you drink water, always remember of the source. you have it you don’t care, you don’t want others to have it because u are jelly and want to feel superior, complain, make it a living hell for others. is that how it is?
is the game turning into a nerf festival? are we supposed to spend years to get properly geared?
gw2lfg groups are getting lesser and lesser, newbies that join dungeon quit half way because they cannot cope, friendlist goes oh im just doing dailys and gonna go off, some dont even come online anymore.
is this the start of a dying game? :/ im about to quit myself since everyone i know is more or less not playing anymore. this is not fun, its stressful. maybe you want more perfect players, looks like its going sideways.
if this game is about elitism, sorry man, i think im out. im here to have fun with people and relax not to get stressed. not that i cannot do it, but its just to tedious.
talking about soloing lupi, its not that hard, its like walking a dog around a park. nothing special just takes awhile.
about alpha? hes kittened, aoe? just dodge. spam ooze? kill it so he gets bugged or stunned.
what else? dwayna? all about dps and timing. easy.
meh but heck what are the new players gonna do to get to that level ? be able to do that? gear plays quite a big factor in terms to survival to a new player. those so called small difference in rares to exotic ammounts up to about almost 200++ points in difference. sigils and runes costs a fortune. how on earth are new players going to progress and forward? time? how long ? years?
most of the people benefiting from the changes are those that already have the means to obtain and go further easily, or are perfectionist in terms of gw2 play skills. but if that is what you are aiming for, why not wvw? that requires more skill and tactical thinking. defend, attack, guard, trick, decoy, etc. works from a book called “The Art of War” can be used in play. will give u more tactics. or even spvp if u want skills.
people doing dungeons are more or less trying to advance getting some gear to deal with wvw and spvp or other things.
if you really want a challenge in the bloody dungeon, why not request for a different instance? make it “Elite Mode” “Explorable Mode” “Story Mode” ? maybe elite mode gives more loots and stuff? or if u guys want it a perfectionist mode where u have to kill every single thing including the rat on map, could easily make “Perfectionist Elitism mode” ? yeah? or maybe make Elite Mode/Perfectionist Elitism mode mobs and boss 9 levels higher? that would be a challenge wouldnt it? :/
ye this sounds kinda angry, i am. why? everyone is gone, im alone. where is the meaning in playing? :/ everytime people hear the word dungeon, they go “ah f it, its nerfed and unplayable.” jeez man, this is turning into an old school korean mmo where grind is the key factor to get items and progress imo. finding a bloody group for a dungeon takes hours sometimes nowdays. usually its pretty much instantaneous people will /join or /invite. now u wait. sit front of dungeon for 3 hours and wait. wait for what? might as well just log off. 3 hours of my life wasted waiting for some virtual fake thing to happen. sigh. depressing.
